Join me for this dynamic standing strength workout. It is a low impact, full body but fast paced session to ensure your heart rate is elevated throughout.
Although all standing, this workout focuses on your upper body just as much as your legs and glutes.
The timer is on for 45s followed by a 15s break. Please take more rest time if you need it.

    Love 💓 weight workout I use to lift heavier a few years n I love lifting but I was too bulky now I love the tone lean look. I use to be 315lbs so working out is a life style for me. Thank you ❤️😊

    I absolutely love all of Olivia's workouts. She is the best and I have tried many! A word of warning for this one if you have any lower back pain. There are a lot of weighted hinging, squats and lunges, which caused me a lot of lower back strain and pain. Particularly the one where you squat and swing or push forward the weight. I've never had a problem with any of her workouts before, but this one was rough. Maybe I should have used lighter weights...

    Hi. It could be due to the fact that you hinge past the neutral hip hinge point. When doing RDLs especially. It’s not necessary and definitely not recommended for people with back weakness to lower all the way to the floor. Also are you keeping your knees soft? If you bend your knees too much your lower back will try and compensate, thus resulting in pain. I would definitely drop the weight or alternate for the exercises that you find cause some pain. All the best. X

    @@oliviafitlawson I think you're right. I usually don't have a problem with squats or lunges. But I definitely think I just pushed too hard with this one. I should have listened to my body and changed the exercise or used lighter weights when it started to hurt. Thanks!
