Get ready for a quick but effective full body dumbbell workout. This is a no repeat, all standing strength workout, which means no push-ups or planks. All you will need for today's workout is a pair of dumbbells and mat. Let's go!

    I Loved this workout! I was breathing hard at the end and it was good! Perfect if you don’t have a lot of time and I already had been warmed up from walking my dog for 20 minutes. Thank you thank you

    i challenged myself and did it with 2 x 5kg dumbells😍 normally i use 2 x 3kg😍 i feel that im stonger than yesterday 😅😍😍

    This is awesome and perfect for little time. I do this after my dog walk before getting ready for work. Very effective. I’m 59, been working out since I was 18, through 2 pregnancies, and your walking workouts are perfect. I did plenty of high impact stuff for years and this is perfect for me.😊 Thank you for your workouts. ❤

    Added a 3 min warmup to start. Varied between 12s and 20s. Good short full body workout. 86 active calories burned not including warmup or cool down and getting closer to the finish line. 🧡🤎🧡🤎🧡🤎🧡🤎🧡🤎

    Love this. Tot 15mins won’t make me sweat but I was dripping … and I love all your strength training music. Love it that it became more upbeat in the end to make us excel further.
