This is awesome and perfect for little time. I do this after my dog walk before getting ready for work. Very effective. I’m 59, been working out since I was 18, through 2 pregnancies, and your walking workouts are perfect. Love this. Tot 15mins won’t make me sweat but I was dripping … and I love all your strength training music. Love it that it became more upbeat in the end to make us excel further.
