For your reference I am using one set of 5kg and one set 10kg dumbbells, as well as a yoga block, which I find very useful at isolating the glutes. First half of this workout is mainly compound moves with a greater emphasis on upper body, followed by a lower body isolated exercises, where we will switch to heavier weights. There is a lot of misleading information out there and I would like to stress that body recomposition takes years not days or weeks. If you want bigger glutes, smaller waist and more defined arms you need to put some dedication and effort in. But above all. Time. Change takes time and patience. No 10min ab workout will shrink your waist ladies. 😊❤

I was going to redo an old pilates session but I found this instead, lucky me ! I loved the way you built this workout : focusing on one muscle, while adding other muscles too and then switching to the next one. It's just brilliant ! I sweated litres and burnt 410 cal, thank you Olivia !!
