I so did not want to do this today since yesterday was a snow day and I was pulling my 35 pound toddler on a sled in our (slightly hilly) backyard for almost 2 hours yesterday! 🥵 My legs were tired even in the warm up! BUT! I did it and the fact that I was even able to pull my toddler around for that long is just a testament to how much your program has helped me be a stronger, better mom! 💪 ❤️ Happy Valentines Day!!

I really, really did not want to work out today. Zero motivation and just feeling all around sad. I know Lindsey always has a great attitude so if she can do it so can I. I got through the workout. I’ll be honest and say I struggled and had to pause more than a few times but I did it. So thank you Lindsey for always giving it your best and helping to motivate others.

I absolutely loved this format today. My legs were burning in the first circuit! but I pushed through it! You said you wanted to hear about the gains, increase in weights, whatever we're proud of, and I nearly started sobbing when you said maybe it was just showing up... that was me today. I am 5 months postpartum with baby #5 and I feel the strongest I’ve EVER FELT! I used my 25s, 30s, & 35s for this workout!!!! This is the first leg workout I’ve ever done without having to use my 20 lb dumbbells!!! Thank you Lyndsey for keeping us all motivated with your awesome content!!

I've done this workout twice in the past two weeks now, and had to come back to comment because each time I underestimate how much I'm about to get my butt kicked 😅 feeling proud of myself for getting up at 530 today and getting my workout done before the baby woke up (with 20lb and 25lb DBs!). Pure 🔥🔥🔥 Two weeks ago I convinced my mom to join me in doing NML’s workouts. She’s 55 and going through menopause has really eaten her muscles. She struggles with wrist mobility and wrist strength as well, sometimes not even being able to open a mason jar on her own. This morning she text me early and had already done todays workout 😳🤯 I was mind blown, normally we do it together. Then she tells me that she decided to try a plank from her wrists just to see if they could stand it because she feels so much stronger now. She not only did it but she also held it!!!! From her wrists!!! I’m so stinkin proud of her and just wanted to share with you guys. She doesn’t have an account, she uses mine so I wanted to thank you guys and let y’all know you are helping a woman who thought she would never get her strength back and I’m just so thankful!!!

I’m 25 and a half weeks pregnant with number 5 and have leveled up to 20 lb dumbbells during this pregnancy! I love feeling strong in pregnancy and this is the strongest I have ever been! I’ve been following you since I had my second baby (he is 6 now!) and truly never believed that I could be this strong!!

I’m sure I have commented the same stuff, but I so appreciate all the choices and variety of time, muscle groups, strength, cardio, stretching…so the days you don’t think you have enough gas in the tank, truly there are no excuses! I started with the standing cardio/steps, recharged and finished this workout! Always better for it! I love you all!! ❤❤

This might be my favorite leg day workout yet 🙌🏻 I’ve done a lot, and I love all of them, but the fast pace and the fact that you only repeat each move once and then move on really made the time fly! And that raised heel squat to start it off was a killer 😅

I increased my weights today and did 30lbs for the staggared deadlift clean to front squat (favorite move of the workout!) Been staying in the same weight range for awhile now because it feels comfortable but im trying to go out of my comfort zone and lift heavier weights! Legs were really feeling it as a result! Love your workouts so much and cant wait for the new summer program to start!!

This was a nice quick leg day to add on to the back burn out. I really liked the pivot squats, hope to see more of those in the future. Would it be possible to have a leg work out for pistol squat goals? I cannot do them but really want to learn how!

Oh my gosh, those curtsy lunges on the right leg were extra hard for me today, holy Bananas! Had to grab a chair for stability but I got it done!

Don't forget to breathe throughout the workout, especially during challenging exercises. Proper breathing helps to oxygenate muscles and improve performance.

I was dragging my feet on this workout. As an equestrian though this was amazing loved all the great knee and calf strengthening. Also Texas native here loved the belt buckle reference 😂

OMG when you were giving examples of wins - Yesss! Today was the first time I did deadlifts and my back didn't hurt!! That was too funny:) Thanks for this, loved the format, now let's hope I can walk for the rest of the day
