► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the workout above. I'll coach you through the entire workout, providing form cues, motivation and modifications along the way.
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Leg Supersets (2 Consecutive Moves Per Circuit)
✅ One Dumbbell Strength Move
✅ One Plyo/Power Move
✔️ 30 Seconds of Work on the Strength Exercise, 30 Seconds of Work on the Plyo/Power Exercise (1 consecutive minute of work total!), 30 Seconds of Rest
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

1) Strength: Goblet Squat
2) Plyo: Goblet Squat Jack (Modification: Squat Taps)
2️⃣ SUPERSET TWO: LUNGES
1) Strength: Split Lunge, R/L
2) Plyo: Lunge Drops, R/L (Modification: Lunge + Knee Drive)
3️⃣ SUPERSET THREE: DEADLIFTS
1) Strength: Romanian Deadlift
2) Plyo: Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch, R/L

1) Strength: Lateral Squat, R/L

    YES!!! love the burn. I am sooooo thankful for Rachel's presence as it gives me permission to give myself grace in the workout. I have not made exercise a priority during the pandemic so I have a journey to get back into my pre-pandemic fitness level. My longterm goal is to be able to match Lindsey's energy!     Yes, i absolutely loved it ! Third time working out with you guys and I’m loving it.     You weren’t kidding that this workout would be enough for the day. I did have to take breaks because my son would whine and cry in his play pen, so I’d pick him to help him. Thank you for inspiring and motivating me everyday. Being a tired mom, I needed this today. You guys are my heroes.     I have been bodybuiling for years and recentky found i am preg 5 weeks. I have been so nervous on how to train during the 1st trimester.     20 minutes workout is just nice for me..now in 3rd trimester and lunges are technically difficult, so i'm just doing it at my pace. short workout is better than no workout right? thanks for the awesome work lindsey & NML team!

    I did this with 20lb weights and it is no joke! I even had take a little longer break between some sets I was so out of breath. Love it! Pure fire!
