This was tough! 10 seconds rest?!? Yikes! I am a sweaty mess but I feel amazing! The Bulgarians with a press were definitely the most challenging for me today. Launcher push ups are always fun. I really love pushups and incorporating fun mobility moves in between them help me to be able to do them for a longer period of time. Thanks Lindsay and Rachel!

Day 1 was 🔥 Love the addition of 5 minutes of core at the end! Sneaky, sneaky keeping some pushups for the end 😅 Proud that I did them ALL!

Holy Bananas!! I decided to try this workout (66 1/2 yrs young - lol) I previewed the workout - knew it would be touch but wanted to challenge myself. Trying to get stronger. Did my best (I adjusted as I needed)and so I didn’t fail. Used 15 lbs. - bodyweight for step ups - I have knee issues.

Started the program today and this felt so good. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do it without taking more rest but I managed to do it with those 10 seconds rest. This was challenging but felt so good after.
