We're ending this workout challenge with a spicy one -- all you need is one dumbbell to challenge your strength and cardio endurance in this full body PYRAMID workout!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 5 Full Body Exercises
✔️ Performed in a Pyramid Format:
1️⃣ Set 1: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
2️⃣ Set 2: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds and then move 2 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
3️⃣ Set 3: Perform move 1 for 30 seconds, and then move 2 for 30 seconds, and then move 3 for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.
⭐️ Continue this stack-on, pyramid format until you complete all the moves. Then you have the option to go back down the pyramid in reverse order, dropping off move 1, then move 2, then move 3 and so on.

I’m training for life as a special needs mom. My little warrior is going to need my help forever. I need to be able to lift her, carry her when she’s tired, lug around heavy wheelchairs, and be emotionally and mentally strong through all life throws at us! I was overjoyed to wake up and see a pyramid workout in this plan!! This was my favorite workout of Stronger 25 and I did it all with my 30 lb dumbbell! ❤ Thank you NML team!

Defnitely type A over here. In the last four months both my grandpa and grandma died suddenly. My grandma last week. Around her funeral I just couldn't muster up the strength to work out, even though I only had to do Day 10. But today it was bugging me so much that I could not cross off that last Day, so I had to do it haha. I actually started crying when I was done. I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF!

Had to hit pause a few times, but upgraded to at 25# weight for the second half! And FINALLY every push-up from my toes. Whew... Sweaty Pyramid. Loved. It. Absolutely am stronger than when I started #Stronger25 !!!!!!

Stronger 25 is crushed!! 🎉💪 Did the workout alternating between 20-25 lb. Definitely a sweaty, holy 🍌 workout!! I like the shorter pyramid; nice to be on the way back down after 5 moves.

Loved the PYRAMID workout at the end of this challenging program 😊 almost died a little but completed with a heavy dumbbell graduated it with a 20 lbs. Shoulders are sore for sure but a good stretch everyday recommended. Thank you ladies 🎉❤ improving mobility and strength are priority at this time of my life!

Loved the whole program; one of your best. Feeling really strongg after it. Sad, it’s over. Kept me feeling less sick 11 weeka ppt. It was so well structured too. I messed up once and did one day before the other and all felt wrong with the next session. This just proved once again how carefully you have thought the sequence trough❤

Today, I finished my 3rd round of this program! I have gotten stronger each time and notice the differences. I had my first baby this past fall and have also completed the postpartum and Strong 20 programs 3 times each. Thank you to the Nourish Move Love team for providing these free workouts. My only regret is not finding you sooner when I was pregnant. As a stay at home mom, I find community with you every day in my living room and appreciate the positivity you radiate. I tell everyone who is looking to get back into it post baby about you! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also used to personally train and teach group fitness classes, y'all are top notch! Seriously, wish I found you back then.

I’ve completed this program multiple times but now I’m 14 months postpartum. I almost didn’t reach for my 20lbs because I didn’t think I would be able to do it but I DID! It’s so true when you say keep showing up for yourself. It takes so much time to get your strength back after having a baby but YOU CAN DO IT!!!! I think this is my favorite NML workout EVER! My favorite move was the push up burpee! I'm proud that I was able to do the whole thing with my 15# and I'm turning 55 next week. People live a long time in my family and I want to be strong for the second half of my life!

My first pyramid workout in months. Took this up as a challenge and wow what a way to end the week. My favourite was the deadlift clean pivot squat and press move. I have been training with you since my pregnancy last year and it has changed my life for the best. I am training for life, to be able to run around with my baby girl, to be strong enough to pick her up and play with her and be an inspiration for her in terms of leading an active life. People around me always complain of the fact that I workout or choose to eat nutrient dense foods but I have always stuck on to this knowing that one day my child will look up to me and this is the kind of example I want to set for her. So yeah I am training to be the absolute best mother that I can be physically and mentally for my baby.

I looooove your workouts! So thank you SO SO MUCH! One suggestion I had after finishing this challenge was to have a final video as part of the challenge that is dedicated just to stretching and mobility! Absolutely love your work outs this idea came to mind as something I’d love to do on day 11 to stretch it out after all these amazing videos!! 🥰

Hi! I'm training for my old lady body lol. I was about to hit 40 near start of covid and everything was coming down on me! I started weight training with NML around that time. I'll be 43 in December and stronger than I've ever been!! I'm ready for what my body throws at me now and I'm grateful ❤
