► EQUIPMENT: Medium to heavy set of dumbbells. I suggest anywhere from 8-25 lbs. We're using 10-20 lb dumbbells in this video.

✔️6 Arm Toning Exercises broken into 3 circuits (2 moves per circuit)
✔️Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work per exercise, 10 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets

    Another awesome workout! I had trouble with the transitions between the chest press and the planks rows in the second circuit and would have liked a little more time there to get set up. The quarter get-ups were so fun and challenging! I started doing your workouts about 2 months ago and am totally hooked. I'm trying new exercises all the time and can definitely feel the improvements in my strength and fitness!

    Loved this one! Sometimes I dread the bonus move (looking at you, woman makers…) but those quarter get ups were the perfect addition to round out the workout 💪

    Perfect burn after yesterday's workout as though I was still somewhat feeling my arms, I think my legs would have disowned me if I'd gone for another leg workout. 😆 Also, LOVED that latin vibe in the bonus round and cool down!

    This was my first strength workout after recovering from COVID and it was a good way to ease myself back in! I went a little lighter than I might normally (also 15 weeks pregnant), but I still think I'll be sore tomorrow!
