Agree with keeping the 20 min workouts!!! I’m always late when I do a 30 minute workout!! I’m a teacher and I go for a walk then do your workouts. I love you guys and your workouts, but something I love is that you have so many that are 20-25 min. It’s perfect for working mamas. That and they are a WORK out in such short time. Appreciate you all!

Love these workouts and you ladies! I usually compare myself each time I do a workout, so to hear you say “9 months postpartum and we’re not sleeping so I am going easier today” really helps me to also be kind to myself on my off days. ❤ you guys are awesome!

The best 20 min workout. Ever. Better than the Sweat app for anything post party related. Loved the bonus push through thr circuit at the end. Will be returning, and might be canceling my Sweat subscription. NML has everything you need!

So cool to see how much I’ve improved in this program. I did it first when I was 4 months postpartum and remember thinking this workout was so hard. I used heavier weight 10 months later and wasn’t dying at the end. Still was challenging though. 😉

I love your 20 minute full body workouts! I do my workouts at 6:30am before my kids wake up so short and sweet is what I need. At 53 I can’t keep up with your speed but I am maxing out my weights!

Love this format! Burnout was the best! Modified the chest press/ leg lowers for pregnancy by doing bench push-ups and bird dogs. Thank you for all your hard work and this incredible free content!

WAY TO GO!
The length of these workouts are helpful! Also, this is a good one for getting back after a week long vacation without dumbbells. The bonus round of ten’s is what seals the deal nicely! Makes for a little sweat.
That was awesome. Love the burnout! And loving these workouts in 20mins. That’s all I can fit in each day as a busy Mum of 4! Thanks so much for such a solid program!

You have BLESSED my life, Momma!! So thankful I searched and found your channel! Developed a bunion this past year and in the New Year I've had to quit lifelong running and fitness walking. My PT at my chiropractor suggested strength/weight training. I have been a lifelong cardio girl, but she does very little cardio and trains like you do, and has a physique like you, and swears my body will become a fat burning machine without all the abusive cardio/pounding/jumping. Just finished week one, and I'm hooked! Please keep doing what your doing because you are blessing lives! Can't wait to work out with you two next week and beyond. 🥰🙏

Ditto! I have terribly flat feet and was in and out of PT for years. I haven't been once since I started NML. I love how much I sweat without having to jump! You have saved my feet!

AMAZING! You definitely added a banana to the HB! For the first time I picked up 25 lb dumbbells. I didn't make it through the entire workout with 25s but I know what it feels like and it feels good. I love being a strong mama that my three boys look up to, thank you for helping make that happen 💪

That makes Vshred look pretty tame! I have to do the arm ones! Can’t use any crepy cream with my hormone blocker so dr said as my muscles grow the old people wrinkles from chemo will get better! I remember crusty lunges and skaters from Vince. They were my favs. Now to my dr walk for 2o min. 71/21@❤ and still going!👏👏👏👏👏👏

I loved this Strong 20. At 65 I am new to this kind of exercise, so my weights were lighter and at times I modified more than Rachel did :-) I also went a bit slower, but am going to repeat it starting at day 1 again. I already feel stronger and more able. Thank you ladies.

Wow so spicy and so good!!!! Love this format especially for a Friday when I’m tired and a little sore, it’s nice to not have to focus on one specific muscle group and to hit them all consecutively like this makes the 20 min fly by!!

Great format! That "bonus" round was basically the 3rd set but mentally it didn't feel like that 😀 Appreciate the variety of workout structures. Can't wait to do week 2!
