✔️ Begin with Rep Challenge
✔️ 2 Giant Sets (4 exercises per set)
✔️Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)

I’m 76, there were a few times I had to go slower, but got through it all. Used 10, 12,15 weights, adjusted accordingly to my ability. I like the variety!

That 3 minute ladder was a trauma release for me. I just started bawling after and every time you said, "I'm so proud of you!", I cried even more. I really needed this. 🥰 See ya for day 2!

My husband and I ate our frogs this morning. 😉 Loved all of the compound moves in the strength portion! Lunge, swing, press was probably my favorite. Oh this one was soo sweaty!! Loved it! I had a baby in november and i saw a note i had made in january about how proud i was for completing a whole workout with 7.5 lb dumbbells. Now I'm on 17.5s! Thank you lindsey and rachel ❤

Phew 😮💨 I LOVED when Lindsey reminded us we were building strength AND athleticism. As a former college athlete, that’s one of the main reasons I love doing NML workouts. At the beginning of the year I was using 10s and sometimes 15s. Now I’m consistently using 15s and breaking out the 20s here and there 💪🏻 Definitely went down to 10s for “the big one” 😂

I have really been looking forward to the start of the build 30. I love working out with Lindsay and Racheal. I first found Lindsay through GHUTV. I have always enjoyed working out with you Lindsay. As I’ve gotten older, obviously I’ve become a little slower. So I did find some of these moves a little hard to keep up with when I’m using heavier weights. But I have also learned how to modify on my own. So I’m still getting the benefit, but maybe not quite as fast as you guys. Just trying to stay mobile and strong through my 60s. Thank you again Lindsay I think you are amazing and such a great influence on your generation to be strong women!

Started today due to the massive power outages in Texas, completed it with 20s, I don’t think my HR was below 180 all the way through the workout. It went so fast I loved this format! I will be back ladies! ❤🎉

In my 2nd trimester with my 3rd pregnancy, (have a 1 and 2 year old). Completed this workout with 15 and 20Ibs dumbbells. All of my pregnancies and postpartums have been very easy and I attribute NML to keeping me physically and mentally strong!

I had a really hard week…I had to file a police report and go no contact with my husband of almost 10 years. We have 3 young sons. So after being an emotional mess yesterday, I woke up early today and knocked this out. If I can make it through a Lindsey and Rachel strength workout, I can make it through the big life changes ahead of me. You two have truly helped me believe that I’m worth showing up for, not just in the exercise sense. Thank you from the bottom of heart ❤️ also, my body is jello 😂
I'm so excited and ready for some digging in on me vs me!! I need to get my mental strength topped up. Stress always needs a release... and times right now got all of us out here stressing majorly. Let's get it 💪 "forever strong"
My legs are D.O.N.E 🥵 This was very challenging but also so motivating to make it through. I cannot imagine if it would've been a 5 minute burnout at the end. Favorite move was the Snatch Rack + Pivot Squat Thruster. So excited for the rest of this program! Thank you for what you both do for all of us. ❤

At 56, I’d completed 3 rounds of Stronger 25, and was ready to move up, but wow, this was crazy - in the best way!! Thank you for constant reminders that we can do it - I really needed that motivation today!! I finished with mostly 10s, but went up to 15s for a few.

Just finished my 4th time doing Strong 20, and felt so proud of myself for keeping up with Lindsey the whole time (usually I have to follow Rachel most of the time). So proud of myself for finishing this one and doing everything! Two things: One of the best ways to build forearm strength is to build grip strength and to do mobility work on your forearm and wrists. I would look at gymnastics, aerialists or climbers for ideas And keep with the pull-Ups Rachael: I cannot agree with you more about how I would rather do squat thrusters then squat holds.

This is my fourth week of consistent workouts with different programs from your channel! I could tell a difference by week 2 in how I was feeling and even looking different. I just finished this workout( minus the burnout due to physical reasons) and holy bananas that was a different mountain to climb with y'all but we made it!! That was the hardest workout of yours I’ve ever done. Had to stop several times but I finished. Lifting heavy makes such a difference!!Day 2 bring it!!!

You always bring exactly what my body needs. Thank you! My favorite thing about NML continues to be the fact that you include the warm up and cool down in the count down. Otherwise, I’d stop the video before the stretch at the end. You’ve saved me from injury!

I'm starting 11 days late but just finished Day 1 and it was AWESOME. Best workout I've done in awhile. LOVE the giant sets format!!! Keeps it interesting and not too long we get bored. Love it, looking forward to the rest of the program!! 🙏

Nice job ladies! I don’t usually sweat much but I sure did today! I’m up to 12 pound weights from 8. Strength and cardio in one session are my favorite! Looking forward to the rest of this program!

I have finally completely switched to 15lbs weights from 12!! Those 3 lbs make a big difference but ive gotten stonger because of these programs!!

Awesome workout! We just returned from vacation and I started with day 1 today. So so good! I worked out on vacation, but unweighted and lots of hill walking. Amazing to get back at it! Thank you! Can’t wait for tomorrow!

Wow! Never knew I could sweat that much!😅 Wasn't sure I could do it, but I DID!! My arms aren't as strong as legs ,but I was able to stick with my 15lbs weights rotating between modification with Rachel and Lindsey. What a great feeling when I finished. Excited for the rest of the program

Oh my gosh, how did I feel strong but weak at the same time during this workout?! Quick intermission for me after the first giant set because my toddler woke up and wouldn't settle for dad. Proud I actually finished the workout once I got her to back to sleep!
Loved this!!! Can't wait for tomorrow. Thank you for bringing us an amazing new program for the summer! I can already tell I will be repeating this one over and over!

WOW!! Hoping when I go home I'll be able to pick up the pieces of legs left behind this morning. That was hard but so stinking amazing! And I think I'm just going to rank as a 5 on the Holy Bananas Scale. I mean I was doing ok-ish till that 3 minute burner and then it got all kinds of crazy. What an amazing and empowering duo you guys make... no morning is complete without you guys 🤩🥰
