✔️ 2 Circuits (3 exercises per circuit)
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each move for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
✔️ Cardio and Push Up Superset (after circuit one)

Hey Lindsey and Rachel. I just wanted to tell you that you are very inspiring for me and for many other people. I’ve started working out with you at the end of October, starting with 3 pound weights, and now (in mid December), after less than 2 months, I am already working with 10 pound dumbbells, sometimes 6 pounds when 10 feels like too much. Great workout and love the new moves/tempo. Kept the 20 lb. weights for most of the workout and trying to slowly increase as I re-gain my strength! Going to add a lot of these exercises to my routine!!

loved this workout! any modifications for overhead press or chest press components? unfortunately my shoulder AC joint (early arthritis) sometimes flares up after overhead work/chess press type exercises. thank you!

So glad you loved this workout! I would recommend reducing your weights! You can sub standing chest flys for the chest press or push ups will hit both the shoulder and chest muscle!
