This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzread.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
These videos have really helped expand how I use the bands, keep up the good work.

thing i noticed with resistance bands is you can get a pump but achieving failure with them is very hard unlike weights

I have ruptured a biceps tendon at the shoulder and am a little concerned about exercising, however I feel I need to regain strength. Are these bands a better idea than weights?

Are you doubling the resistance when you use one handle on one band? I see everyone using two handles (one for each hand) are you doubling resistance if you just use one?

@@RustinTravis if your trying to play it off as a dumb question it really isn’t, here’s why... when you have resistance bands that are labeled 20lbs of resistance... you’ll see people use two separate hands... but if you put one handle on the bands instead of 2 does that still make it 20 or does it double and make it 40... I’ve asked around and got mixed answers and from personal experience with two handles it doesn’t feel like 20 at all... so no I didn’t answer my own question... the question remains does it double using one handle or is it the advertised resistance.

From my experience and from other athletic trainers, 3-4 sets with 8-12 reps per set should build and strengthen muscle with a 30 second to 1 minute rest in between sets.
Can anyone suggest set reps....🙏🏼🙏🏼
So I’m guessing it wouldn’t be good to do all these in one workout?

Oh they work. You'll be sweating and burning. I have been training with bands and I've put on muscle and toned. So much easier on the joints too.. Resistance is resistance, whether it's a weight or you pulling an object with a certain lb or kilo. You can have a 20lb resistance band and make it around 30lb if you step wider and there's less slack. You can be very creative with resistance bands.

you cant fucking watch him and mimic it? this is a damned good workout, without the bullshit athlean x jeff and jesse stupid banter, or greg sucking himself off, or gravity transformation spending an extra 7 minutes talking about diet and making his "O face" when he is working out for the camera.
