    I just started using resistance bands. After years of NOT working out at a gym do to a injury I am NOW finally able to workout again. However I was advised to start with resistance bands and light weights since my goal is to tone and strengthen my muscles. I am 58 years old and I have always taken care of my body / maintaining a decent weight ect. I am so impressed with your workouts! You do an excellent job at showing a person how they are to be done correctly. Which is VERY important! I especially appreciate you marking the time indicators so I can go directly the exercises I want to do in my workout. Can you do exercises that just target the deltoids? I know other exercises performed work that area but it would be great just to have a vid on deltoids only, like you do with the chest. GREAT JOB! Keep up the awesome workout video's

    A helpful hint to all: When you step on the band to secure it, STEP ON IT!. For a week I had welts from an unintentional self-lashing. Woke me up for sure and had a great work out. Bands are cool, never knew.

    My bands comes with weights marks on them. When you says in description Band Strength: Medium for example how would describe it in weights please Many thanks. Love your vids!
