3) LYING CHEST PRESS 2 X 00:45
4) UPPER CHEST FLY 2 X 00:45
FINISHER

*10 -15 SECONDS TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN SETS, EXERCISES, & CIRCUITS
*COMPLETE AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE IN THE TIME GIVEN FOR EACH SET OF EACH EXERCISE

No specific exercise for declined chest? Anyway great routine, continue like this. With these routines you get gain muscle just like with dumbbells? Thanks and a greeting.

Hi Vencejosx, Thanks for the view. Yes, no specific lower chest exercise. This is a “no attaching” series and I have yet to find a good lower chest exercise without attaching the band. When/if I do, I’ll post an updated version. Best FG

Yes. Your muscles can't tell the difference from bands or weights.
I think resistance angles are wrong/bad. It could be much better....
The music and the ridiculous bell detract from the video and make almost unbearable to watch. So disappointed.
