This exercise tube workout is short but it is serious. Figure out what type of resistance you need to really push yourself and then get started. Prepare to make gains!
WORKOUT OVERVIEW: Resistance Band Chest Workout
• 7 Exercises
• No need to attach bands to anything
• 2 sets of each exercise
• 30 Sec On // 15 Sec Off // 30 Sec Extended Break

    GREAT CHANNEL AND NEW SUBSCRIBER! Im 56. Still grinding workouts, basketball and competing in Kendo (japanese sword fighting) which is great cardio and mental discipline addition. Thank God Ive always exercised. Seeing the payoffs now in middle age

    Been doing this for 2 months. If you pick the right bands you will be exhausted after these 12 minutes. Absolutely love it!

    This is by far the best home chest workout with a resistance band that I have seen on the internet. All other home chest workout shows some difficult pushup variations workouts and difficult bodyweight exercises that are hard and not for all viewers. These workouts resemble what people do with weights in the gym. Thanks.

    Thank you! Been looking for a good resistance band workout at home. Still a good workout without the pushup. For some reason since surgery push ups are more difficult. This makes sure i get a solid chest workout with full contraction and no worry of hurting anything.

    KZread, simply amazing... I am 37, am about to be 38 come March, haven't worked out in 10+ years and I just bought resistance bands on Amazon. I can't lift traditional weights anymore due to my cardiac condition but this kind of info used to only be available by an expensive video, an actual live class or given by an expensive personal trainer..     I really like this video. I just train at home, it’s way more sustainable because you can work at home, when traveling etc. Also, Amin thing I like that you don’t have to hook to any door etc to do this workout! Great video! I want to see more chest workouts with resistant bands that you don’t need to hook to anything! ♥️✌🏼

    thanks Olivier! These workouts are a great alternative. Best of all is that if you push it like you're at the gym you get the same results. I recently went back to the gym when I had some family in town and couldnt use our's. After over a year or more of not being at the gym I still put up 100 lb DB's on 3 sets of chest press for 8-10 reps. Boom!

    This is awesome and has been a lifesaver with the gym closed. Does DJ have anything with either resistance bands or a medicine ball for the abs? I LOVE the length and intensity of DJ's workouts.

    Simon just keep trying and you will get there. Life is like a toddler they keep falling down but keep getting upper until they eventually walk. You just keep getting up guy. Don't let anyone or anything discourage you. I was given one year to live in 2007 but I am still pushing. God Bless you
