I should likely check out your paid content now...I think I've done nearly all the free ones! 😂 Minus bands...I've been avoiding even though I own a set of them...I know you have workouts but, is there an actual tutorial we can do prior to the workout?! Sizing them properly & what sensations to avoid etc?

I don't know if we have any pulse style or isometrics. I think we might have one that has something like that but I couldn't tell you what video as this point. Also, sometime in 2020 I think I made a video on how to choose the right resistance band and some tips on getting started.
