    @@sorenamoghaddam6736 I've put on 6 kg muscle and dropped 10 kg fat over the years and maintained it. I also do resistance band workouts from @BullyJuice to mix it up. He only talks for 5 seconds in the intros. I complete my sessions with yoga by @YogaSongHayeon. She doesn't talk too much.

    Pretty good workout. Although I recommend adding some sort of audio cues at the start and end of each exercise because its difficult to look at the video the whole time.

    very good video. as always. what weight do you use on the band? how do you progress? i use the 40lb band. For some exercises it's fine and for others it's not enough.

    These exercises look great but how would they go for me at 62yo? My goal is to get leaner not ripped and feel better within myself so is there any adaptation needed or is it take a more regulated approach to the different exercise types? tks and would appreciate some guidance.

    You can use lighter bands. and listen to your body when doing the exercises. You will not get ripped. You need to use heavy weights at the gym, progressively increase the weights and need to take sumplements to get ripped.
