This work along 10 minute resistance band arms workout hits:
All three parts of the biceps(short head, long head, brachialis)
for a total biceps workout.
BREAKDOWN
CIRCUIT 1
1) KNEELING CONCENTRATION CURL 2 X 00:30/SIDE
2) WIDE CURLS 2 X 00:30
CIRCUIT 2
3) REVERSE GRIP BICEPS CURL 2 X 00:30
4) SQUATTING PREACHER CURL 2 X 00:30
CIRCUIT 3
5) TENSION CURLS 2 X 00:30
6) HAMMER CURLS 2 X 00:30
*10 -15 SECONDS TRANSITION TIME BETWEEN SETS, EXERCISES, & CIRCUITS
*COMPLETE AS MANY REPS OF EACH EXERCISES AS POSSIBLE IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME GIVEN

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, kzread.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

There's no max.. it is up to you what you can do for how long, adjust exercises to your needs and ability
Can you do this for legs, chest, back, tricel and shoulders? Need this for the 2 week lockdown in canada. Love your videos i wTch them everyday

Obviously our body doesn’t detect if we’re using weights or resistance bands, we can gain muscle even by doing calisthenics with the correct diet
