Can you really get as good a workout without attachments as you can using the door stop? I'm a beginner and I'm curious. My livng space makes to hard to try and work out using the door anchor. Thanks for a great vid.

U shud burn more calories than u eat to lose fat do cardio not resistance training

Cardio exercises are the best for burning fat, and most cardio exercises do not need tools
Does restistance band workout really make a diffrence ? Im new to it and not feeling a real intensity
that looks like a Manhattan flat... I bet there's a water tank on top of the building 😁

I turn them into super sets…3 times each- 10-12 reps = 60+ mins
How long for everything
have no bloody idea wht especially when i train long triceps and biceps and have to pull resistance bands above all (but not only also with TRX and the like and some movements with free weights) I often get an inflammation at the elbow...............one or the other.........

I do super sets- 3 times each. Pause for 1-2 minutes so instant of a 10 min workout you get 60+ 😎💪🏼
