Just wanted to say thank you for your resistance band no attachment series in general. Being able to quickly jump to any exercise and see it demonstrated from setup to finish makes it so much easier to stay in a routine. Not often I'm able to stick with a routine for more than a month and these videos are a big part of that. Thank you.

Good routine. The scare crow exercise kind of hurts though.
Amazing workout. Just add more rear delt movements in the workout as there are 8 movements for front and mid delt but only one for rear delt. Maybe try to add that 'seated face pull' from your Back workout video. Also, first video I have seen where anyone has included Rotators in the workout which are the most important part but mostly forgotten. Thank you for the video.
How many reps and sets would you say is good? Ive done 20x4 and also 15x4 when stacking bands

Whats the weight on this band ? What weights would be for beginners with bands also if you completely torn your acl ligaments on shoulder and had a donor ligament could this still be done with bands
Thanks for this video. May I share a note of caution about the upright row movement. Many physical therapists consider this movement to be potentially dangerous as it can lead to shoulder impingement problems.

Hi, I've got a question since you are more knowledgeable than I am. Does shoulder impingement only happen when you can feel the tendon rubbing and snapping back into place, or can it happen without feeling a telltale sign?

Do three sets of every workout. The last set should be upto failure. Try to keep reps below 12 by increasing resistance/weight for every exercise if you want to gain weght. Do more reps if you want to lose body fat.

Hi u prob wont respond but ive just bought my first set of resistance bands as the gym isnt an option for me as my fibromyalgia gets in the way n due to that condition ive not been able to lift weights so im hoping this is a viable option to rebuild the muscle mass ive lost over the last 4 yrs.
