Quick question is the resistance band core twist safe for you're back and can it damage the spine like the russian twist?

Love this. The kneeling is challenging for my L knee (meniscal tear, ACL reconstruction). Mostly because of my glutes Maximus, adductors, hamstrings and quads are considerably weaker (improving) to the right. Any tips on how to concentrate the flow of tension with the chopping exercise?
Dude, your channel is the only one that I trust because these workouts look very practical and simple. I'm way too used to the gym and just got myself a set of bands, so you're are simple AND self explanatory at the same time which I greatly love. So if I get great results... well, I'll know who to thank!

These are great! I’m on the road so resistance bands are the best way to make sure I can work out even if my hotel has no gym. That music kinda gave me the creeps though. Like an early 80’s video game.

These are a great work out but I only have one problem as a newby to resistance bands and that is that you switch from attached high, to middle then high, then low. It would make it a bit easier for me if all the high low and medium sets followed each other, otherwise it`s fantastic, thanks

You can buy door anchors cheap on line, most band sets have them included now.

Resistance bands will strengthen the core if you use them with correct body form. .so. .it's now 2021. .did you get any positive results from using them or are the kids still hanging their legos from them. .

@@budekins542 I have been incorporating resistance bands into my strength training pretty regularly for the past few years, so yes I’ve definitely seen results. My kids are still very creative with them when not in use hahaha.

hi, Fit Gent, can you recommend a good set of quality bands?
So, I have a 15 lb. Dumbbell and a resistance band. I've watched both the "how to" videos with each equipment, but I don't know which one will be more effective. (unless I make a list using both equipment, which in that case I would like to know the ones that are much more effective).

That was good, BUT: Most of them share the same mechanism, es. the Oblique . I would reduce " this twelve" to "three moves" 1) Oblique 2) Rectus abdominis (Upper Crunch) 3) Rectus abdominis (Lower Crunch) Too much formulas may confuse the new comers 😉 Thanks anyway 😊

No, it only works one side. You would need to switch sides to work the other side of that part of your abs.
Muscles are built under tension so if you are just swinging back and forth you aren't doing anything unless you are actually holding them under tension which means you have to use a heavier band and do them slower. You have to learn to feel the muscle you are working to get the benefit of the rep which means understand simple anatomy of the area you are working.

Do like 20 for the easy ones and 10 for the hard ones, and do as many sets as you can till you feel your muscles sour, this will make yout muscles grow. (P.S. a set is made of 20/10 reps)

What you mean these exercise are not working you don’t get abs in one day it’s a process that will show by doing these type of exercise with the right dietary plan. At first you may not feel the muscle contraction but the next day you will feel pain in abdominal are and you must do about 5 or more sets of each exercise to see progression👍
