Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Resistance Band Core Workout At Home to Get Ripped Abs & Obliques!
Grab your resistance bands and get ready for an intense core workout. Those abs and obliques are gonna be on fire! This routine is performed in a round format meaning you're working exercise to exercise and once you finish all 6 exercises, then you're down with 1 full round. For each exercise, perform 15 repetitions. If it's a unilateral exercise, then you do 15 reps per side. Rest between each exercise for 30 seconds. You can use this workout as a 1-round finisher at the end of your core day or you can do multiple sets to maximize volume for a full abs and obliques workout. If you're doing multiple sets, try 3-4 rounds and rest 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level. There is also a rep counter and rest timer included in the video so you can follow right along. Increase your core strength and stability, and build those six pack abs right at home. ive been doing your workouts for 3 weeks and the results are insane man! i always used to workout here and there but when i foudn your videos that get right to the point and skip the BS! I've completely changed my mindset! Thanks

This has got to be one of the best workout KZread videos I’ve seen so far I’ve gone through tons of them and a lot of them just show the exercise and don’t explain anything you do. It is so very helpful to get the right stance and position. I am grateful you made this. I am 74 and have chronic back problems, strengthening core is vital, to stabilize my back! However, I can not do "Low Deadbug Dual Knee Ins" it hurts low back, could you suggest a substitute. -

The last workout just seemed like it wouldn’t work well but wow did it burn 🥵
And here we go !!!
All of these are excellent movements for the abs but I must reply about the last one as it should be performed with knees up to your chest and up. Putting the legs out straight puts stress on the lower back. Think about it as doing the exact opposite of the first band crunch. If you do it with legs straight and then bring them up to your waist bent and raise your but your are just using the hip flexors more. Keep the legs bent 90 degrees and rotate up to your chest as far as you can which will lift your rear off the ground. I like the idea of twisting as it really gets to the obliques and is more athletic. I've been doing roll outs and using flat bands but now will incorporate your twist movements. Thanks

Yep got my set on friday.. Surprised how high these things can scale.. You litterally need to be rambo before youd be strong enough to need something bigger.. Normal weights on the other hand..

Hi nice oblique work out with the pull , your video have been great inspiration for me to regain my fitness back. Since Feb I m working to target to 10% boat fat, but it’s tough I think I m around 11 or 12% now. Your abs exercise video I enjoyed the most! Yes, there is. You can check his channel, there are tons of resistance bands exercises for the entire body. Very hard to complete the entire workouts (at least for me, they are), but super awesome.
I have shoulder impingements. While there are lots of exercises for this, many involving the shoulders are just too painful. I would like to see more exercises for the rest of the body that don't involve the use of the shoulders. Thanks for the videos so far.

Looking for help. Just starting out with resistance bands and I am always doubting my band selection or how much tension to consistently put on the band to start with so that my workouts are the same and that I can tell when to move up in tension weight. Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Is it ok to do one set after my main exercise. It mainly consists of one big and small muscle team (eg 4 excs *3 sets chest and 3*3 biceps). In the beginning i jump rope for 5-7 minutes and do stretches. I also do stretches between changing muscle teams. Each consists of 15-20 reps and i have a 25-30 secs rest between the sets. Between the excercises i have a 90s rest. I have already downloaded your app and it helped me lot

Im new to these bands.. How far is their max stretch distance about? Still kinda worried about a snap.. Its a lot of force.. Can really injure yourself if that happens
