I don't know if Dr. Mike is still a professor because I didn't see information regarding a schedule for Spring 24 or the upcoming Fall semester. He might just be taking a lil break tho, or decided to make that "calculated decision" to quit.

I joined “the joint” chiropractic and what a joke. When I saw someone measuring me from my pose, I was skeptical. Then they sold me on a month to month plan that I had to come into the original office I started with to cancel it. Not an in office cancellation, but a full on in person thing. Almost like they are shaming you for doing it.

I understand exactly what your getting at. I started training at 13 years old. I am the youngest of 3 brothers. We all were wrestlers. So I had the benefit of their wisdom and them pushing me. They literally beat the bitch voice outta me. I have been training for over 30 years now and I remember the days of GVT, after wrestling practice. I now understand how to get the most outta the least. But I do remember the days of just doing everything as heavy as you could handle, adding weight and repeating! Respect

J Sleep Res. 2017 June ; 26(3): 377-385. doi:10.1111/jsr.12523. "Creatine-supplementation reduces sleep need and homeostatic sleep pressure in rats" CS significantly decreased total sleep time and non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep during the light (inactive) but not during the dark (active) period.

Great video, Doc. I would like to see some studies in the future on Night shift workers and creatine monohydrate. That would be a great idea for further research considering how sleep deprivation affects night shift workers especially us working in the health care department. All the best!

I think there's some chance AI will relate to us the way we relate to the evolutionary forces that shaped us, rather than the way a wrench relates to us. Evolution hates contraception as much as we hate dying, but we got what we want and evolution got the finger because we can plan. If AI is that much better than us at planning and thinking, maybe our desire to live will get the finger.

"like" "like" "like". Can't anyone speak well anymore?? It's not 'like' It... IS. When one uses the word "like" all the time as a dippy filler word, it shows their mind has been colonized by social media, postmodern mind virus. Plus it makes you sound woke, stupid and lacking in gravitas.

what's the regression of a bottoms up kb press? is it a neutral grip db press?
@hardwiredwellness10 күн бұрын
Depends on why we are regressing. But one short step back would be the same pressing movement with a regular KB grip.

Sounds like he didn't add anything to our knowledge of creatine. All the benefits are limited and minimal to people in a stressed health situation including lifting weights.

I am confused. You are saying Creatine is amazing for energy, muscles, bones, brain, yet you said it has minimum effect unless you are exercising heavily. Is that correct? Did I misunderstand?

"Heavily" is not really the correct word. Intensity is key.
