    Where you referring to romanians? There is a difference between romanians and gypsies that come from Romania. Me as a romanian I can't get outside Romania without being looked down and considered a gypsy when it's not the case...

    Why do you speculate on housing in other countries? Why don't you do it in your own countries and stop destroying society and real life of others. Barcelona marks the way. #stopairbnb.

    A standard one bedroom apartment in the "new" town will cost around €60,000 but they don't come up too often. There's no public transport unless you count the bus that brings tourists from Benidorm. That takes around an hour and is once a day so not practical to use at all. You need a car to live here. There is nowhere to buy food unless you drive or just eat in one of the great restaurants (try La Venta). There's also nowhere to get gas for your cooker so you'll have to drive to the next village. During the season try the public swimming pool at the bottom end of the village. It's open until midnight and serves basic food but everybody hangs out there. The season started on 15/6. Try La Petita for the best croquetas you've ever had. I'm starting to worry about the water level in the reservoir. It hasn't been this low in years.

  • @traveltomoney
    @traveltomoney10 күн бұрын

    You can easily walk the marina area from the port as well as see the church I mentioned. The old town would probably be an hour and fifteen minute walk from there, so a cab may be easier. I walked there, but the place I was staying was right in-between the old town and the main city, so it was only a 40-minute walk for me.

    There is a reason why the first two houses cost 20k and 5k euros. You will come to respect that reason. These are fantastic stories but very misleading. When you buy a house in Spain, you are buying more than the house...you are purchasing neighbors, convenience, amenities, and friends. And you will lose that tax battle - it is an old law - not new.

    I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I was more active on KZread, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!

    Thank you for all the info you give us, I love your channel. I am curious how the prices will compare if you travel by car trough the same region versus plane / trains

  • @traveltomoney
    @traveltomoney17 күн бұрын

    Hi, and thank you so much for watching! I think taking trains is probably less expensive as long as you aren't having to take a cab a lot once you arrive in a destination. Gas prices in Europe are really high right now. I just calculated the cost to drive from Zurich to Innsbruck, and the gas alone would be $110 USD. Flights are another cheap option, though not as good for the environment and a bit more hassle to go through airports.

  • @ssandraaj
    @ssandraaj17 күн бұрын

    @@traveltomoney actually I intend to travel through northern Italy and southern France to Spain. From Zagreb to Valencia. I won't be entering Austria or Switzerland, so I hope the gas prices will be more acceptable, I hope. That is the original idea, but I still have planning to do. Cheers and all the best to you

    Spent the entire month of February '23 in Calpe. So you know (we didn't) every European bicycle team comes to Calpe to train in Winter. Thousands. Maybe more. Winding narrow roads with packs? of cyclists with accompanying pace? cars. A bit of a timing problem if you're in a hurry, lol

    I've been wondering where people park their cars in those small allies?

  • @traveltomoney
    @traveltomoney19 күн бұрын

    Yeah, there's a lot of street parking everywhere. You have to be careful on certain streets where there is only parking on one side. In out town, the side of the street you can park on, changes on the first of the month and it's a 50 euro fine if your car isn't moved in time. When I'm not in the country, I have a friend who let's me park it in her carport. I know someone else who parks his car for 1 euro per day at the airport.

    Hi Nicole! First, thank you for sharing awesome videos always very helpful! 🫶🏻 I loved the idea of this travel app and the features given. I downloaded the app right after watching your tips. I was able to used once when I upgraded to the AB magic. However, the next day and since the app is down and so the website. The app says there is a problem with internet connection. which I know I don’t have any issues with my internet). So I tested the website, it says “loading” where to enter the destination. So I tried calling the number on the site but it’s disconnected. 😐 I’m wondering if you have a different contact for them or is just me facing this issue. Hope you may be able to help.
