    This is interesting 🧐 I noticed several different ads and gurus talking about life insurance policies as saving method. But I always hesitate when someone is advertising an investing opportunity. I am glad a trusted resource Jeremy R. Explained this concept here.

    Usually cant pull out 95% after 5 days. Usually cant pull anything for up to 6 months and then itsnusually 50%. 95% doesnt happen until year 5. But that being said.... he is spot on about everything else. Inuse mine this exact way and you have tontriple dip. CC, cash value, and interest earned are my triple dips

    Can you share which agent you used? He doesn't actually share that info so it's sort of pointless to watch it all the way through but not share the crucial details.

    So in the $100k for 4 houses scenario, you have a mortgage yes? As you refinanced after 6 months? And you pass that cost of repaying the mortgage to the tenants? 🤯 And what company does Jeremy use!?
