My biggest concern and especially if not staying there full time are squatters.

Mine to. Maybe alarm system and CCTV could help against that. I heard security companies are not that expensive in Spain
Great info. Also it's good to mention that if you buy a house in Spain you need to declare you fiscal income in Spain as well. As you are going too be taxed on your house(s).

I have dual citizenship because my mother was from Madrid. She recently passed away and I’m seriously considering investing in something in Spain with some of the money she left me so we can retire there. There’s so much to consider, so I greatly appreciate your videos! All of our family is in Spain and I miss them so much! Ironically, I too am in Florida (Tampa Bay).

Whats the cheapest i can buy house or land? Any idea? I just need it to buy car 😊

In not exactly sure, but if you only need a piece of land, I've seen some listed for as little as 5k. I bought one of my houses for 5k, but that's probably more rare to find for a house. 🙂

Thanks, James! Actually, the use of expat is intentional over immigrant. Not all expats are immigrants, as in, you're not an immigrant if you have a holiday home somewhere and aren't a resident. An immigrant is more of a permanent status, whereas an expat could be someone living somewhere for both temporary or long periods of time. 🙂
