Who’s watching your house to prevent the squatters from moving in? The Okupas? Did you hire someone? Real Estate is about location, location, location. Aren’t you concerned that you will not be able to sell your properties in a neighborhood perceived as “unwanted” due to the Gypsies? Thank you for your videos and transparency.
An apt starting from 50 sqm in the city starts from 200- 250 K minimum in Valencia...
Is it an idea to create your own firm and looking for someone with skills you can give work ? Call it Nicoll's renovations !
We don't have those prices in Spain. I live in Xaló/Jalón and the houses are more than 130.000€ minimum and they need minimum 60.000€ renovation

We put it on hold when the 9k house came into the picture because the 9k house is going to be my primary home on Spain. 🙂
But where online can you see this?? if you go to idealista, you do not find any of these "deals" at all

When I wrote this video last week, I pulled up Idealista.com, searched by city, and then sorted by lowest price, usually having to go through a page or two of non-habitable options before seeing the options I mention here. I don't know what exactly is available now, but that is how I used their search functions.
