I learned italian is very similar to spanish. Very interested in Italy and Spain now.

Awesome! thanks so much for the videos i am American i am from south Texas if possible or if you ever do in the future would you ever do a video series or video on BEACHFRONT properties? LOVE to wake up in the moring and go for runs or walks on the beach or just relax on beachfront property in another country. I know they might be premium because their waterfront or beachfront but i been looking into get at least one in Spain or Italy or Greece

I did briefly run through that town. That does sound like an interesting place to have a home. Nice beach but still a fairly quiet town not over run by tourists. Keep the videos up, good info that you are sharing!

@@Karl__Pierre I did a quick 12 day trip from Barcelona down the coast to Cadiz. Since that was a short time, I just drove around. If I liked the area, walk the downtown area and visited the local Mercadona to people watch. Looking back, I might have choose the wrong time of year since schools were out and people might have been on vacation. It was also a really hot week so people may have stayed more indoors. One thought I have may be getting 1 place near a beach area but not touristy and then a more permanent place more inland.

@@Karl__Pierre Well not too far inland. I would still like to be 30-60min from the coast. It is a matter of better schooling options and less touristy areas. I would also like something around the 150m2 size with maybe a pool option. That maybe a hard find in the old town areas.

The houses that I see on idealista in these towns are more toward 20k and complete ruins. Can someone please give me an explanation on how I can find a house/apartment for 20k or less in pego or the other town...
