Looking great! I am someone who likes plenty of light. If I had a home like this I wonder if it would be possible to make the windows larger.

We actually did in the master bedroom. There was rotting wood above the windows, so we cut it out and made them larger, with new support. The main lesson I learned with windows is that if I'm making them larger, I should cut them to a standard size. The custom windows were pretty costly. 🙂

Three split a/c for 2K. I just about fell out of my chair. Florida USA, one split=4K+

Ms Nicole, I'm curious, so what's the end game are you going to use this as like a winter vacation home or will you resell them or do Air Bnb? BTW things turned out fantastic, the tile color is what I would've chosen as it doesn't show dirt.

Hi there! Glad you like the bathroom! This will be my second home, where I spend between 3 and 6 months per year. I may do mid-term rentals (between 1 and 6 months) when I'm nit here, but not likely to do short-term rentals.
