You are reminding me for how dumb i feel that i watched and was enlightened by a video explaining the housing crisis in australia and how other nations can avoid it but not remembering the important details. there was some other monkey business going on that really hurts australians. You made this video at a key time (in US) since not all but some of our markets are self correcting, not everywhere and not to a degree housing still wont be expensive but the hyper inflated over invested areas are losing investors too much money and we at least have a bit of fire sales going on, you may have come across some of this. This just started happening very recently. You should check out what 800k can get you in Grosse Point, fancy suburb north of Detroit.

SHE LITERALLY DOES EVERY ORDER SUPER FAST! and she's the LOVELIEST WOMAN EVER JUST ADORABLE AND SWEET !! she's NEVER got ANY 2, 3, 4 ratings only 6 of the 1 star ratings, 4 of the 1 star ratings were EXCLUDED it says because they detected the customer was trying to commit fraud (what about the ones the system doesnt detect??) and 12 of the 5 star ratings thats when i knew people were lying because why would you rate someone who's fast, follows instructions, literally even bought a better bag to keep the food warm in, is so lovely if customer comes outside she always asks customer if everything is okay if theres anything else they need etc with a smile always, and she got the 1 star ratings she had got 3 of them so i was like wtf this cant be serious it has to be fake I started going with her and saw one person that immediately the 1 star rating appeared after we dropped their food off and I saw the TYPE OF PERSON they were... Just by looking at his TYPE of person I knew it was him he was that white man with fat woman with old clothes no money type in the run down neighborhood and old Altima leaking oil and They smiled and told my mother my sweet lady that she did an awesome job wished us a beautiful day and said everything was perfect and he went back inside his house and rated her 1star and said we took too long and food was cold and didn't follow delivery instructions WHICH IS ALL FAKE!!!! fRAUDD!! TO GET FREE FOOD 😢😢 they don't realize that jeopardizes my mom's only job and source of income they deactivated her account !!😢 I had to fight to get her account back! I'm so angry man how can someone do this how can someone act like this?? Do this to an innocent person trying to survive ?😭😭😮‍💨😠😠😤😤😮‍💨

As a passenger, this is the number 1 thing that makes me absolutely HATE Uber!! So many times I'll get 6-10 drivers cancel in a row with up to an hour wait, when it says an Uber is just a few mins away. For this reason I never use Uber anymore for anything important - flights, meetings etc. It's just totally unreliable. Regular Taxis are so much better. What a dumb company to screw over the drivers AND the passengers.

  • @danielsanichiban

It’s proper exploitation and it fuks all of us, drivers, riders when we are trying to function, get to a job, etc, and the brand, surely. With the canceling, the worst time I was waiting over 45 minutes because I had a few drivers cancel, then a driver coming to me for around 10 minutes, then they canceled, then i got a new one, they were driving to me for maybe 15 fking minutes then cancelled, then another driver coming, and i had a trolley of luggage, i was weighing up my options thinking they’ll get here eventually, and that last driver just never showed up, came to a stop on the map around the corner and never moved. I messaged, nothing, eventually started pushing my trolley looking for the car, never found it. I can’t remember what i ended up doing but i mean I needed to get to work, it was a disaster. I’ve canceled rides so many times because it just keeps canceling, finding, canceling. The problem is you’re being led to think you’ve got a ride coming, when you probably don’t, because the company us trying to trick drivers into taking your job when they don’t want it, as you point out. It’s a mess for everyone and I don’t use it anymore unless i’m super desperate because it’s too unpredictable, so i don’t see how it works for Uber either

Business 101: Uber wants to lose money this way, the more losses they show, the less taxes they have to pay. Look up how much the ceo gets paid then look at how much taxes uber pays in your city and now compare that to taxis. Everyone needs to realize, Uber is a cancer to communities and whatever, however big you think you are saving by taking an uber instead of a taxi, you are not. Uber is robbing the community you live in of its taxes that the taxi industry had been paying for decades. Taxis had their problems but nothing compared to the tumor that Uber is. Don't trust an American company, period.
