Crisis of Motive is a thing. Nothing wrong with girls being part of the motive. Recognize that it’s part of the motive and then you can put it to the side as second motive or third in order to put feel good or health or any other motive as first.

If you want proof look at the Chinese weightlifters. Look at Li Dayin NB : for shoulders it's not ohp that you need, it's isolation work.

Those who have been natural for years, have never taken any steroids, have a doctorate in nutrition and physiology in practice! Genetically we are 99% the same, but then that 1% is what makes each human being different from each other... Each body is different, now those who are natural have the authority to know what works naturally! There are foods that react well in some people and have poor absorption in others... Each muscle in the body reacts differently, one is more for isometrics, others for explosives... But it gives experience that I have and witnessed, as well as many that I have seen, It is natural to train with low repetitions, no more than 5 reps, fasting is important not in the days before or after the training day, and resting between workouts means listening to your own body! This "doctor" understands so much that they have to create shortcuts to build their own body, drink juice, cheat, simple! Keep up the good work brother.

Lateral raises will generate a better ratio as it affects the more prominent head of the shoulder and the only one important for the hip-shoulder ratio. I love shoulder presses, but they aren't essential (they weren't for Mr. Olympia Phil Heath, so they definitely aren't for anyone trying to achieve a physique). I'm not pro-fasting as well, I find it a bit ridiculous. You want some carb distribution so that your body doesn't start using protein as the main source for glucose creation. Every time you fast you're doing the exact opposite of muscle building. Everyone that knows how gluconeogenesis works also knows this, don't even need studies on fasting as it's purely logical.

Hell nah max 15 pounds for these. Or target each side in particular - drop weights for side, front and back dealts, increase some for over head press.

True. I end up overeating on a 22-24 hour window. I find 16 is great, 18 is a bit of a push, and 22-24 is when I can start experiencing digestive discomfort when breaking the fast with normal meals.

Greg the kind of guy to still pretend he’s adding muscle and size while he’s obviously getting smaller as he ages. (Which is fine but don’t pretend you’re breaking laws of nature)

220 lbs, 6'2" all natural here.. I reckon I could cut, but if I keep getting stronger and maintaining the same weight, I reckon I'm still getting leaner. But because I'm a man of God and we are talking about what it takes to be a real man, the bible says, bodily exercise profits little, and without charity I am nothing..

It's important to recognize that not every woman fits into the same mold. I find it frustrating when people make sweeping generalizations. Each individual is unique, and God created a variety of body types because he knew that not everyone would have the same preferences.

I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Japanese-American and male. In 2007, my then-girlfriend turned down my marriage proposal. I wanted to be like Tiger Woods ON the course, and people talked about how ripped he was. I had weights at home, and I decided to start lifting arm weights. A 40 pound weight, 2 15 pound dumbbells, and a 12 pound medicine ball. Since 2007, the one part of myself that I've liked, is my UPPER arms. I was 5'10" since 17, and still am at 51 in 2024. But, I was 152 pounds in high school, 175 at 27, but started putting on pounds at 28, and got up to 185. I hovered in the 215-230 range for YEARS. My doctor told me in 2022, that I needed to lower my blood sugar, because I was pre-diabetic (PRE diabetes is reversible, thankfully). Basically, in a few months, mostly from giving up soda pop (I LOVE Pepsi, and it was hard to give up), I got as low as 185, but usually hover in the 189-193 range. Still, while not as bad as when I was 215-230, I still have a little "softness" around my Dad Bod tummy. Not as bad as Homer Simpson or Mario Flavio Garcia (see the Christie Wilson case), but my LEAST favorite part of myself is my tummy, and my most favorite part of myself is my upper arms.
