I drink a lot of green tea and never feel hungry on 1880 kcal (weight in pounds x 13). When I'm at home, I drink maybe 1.5 liters before lunch (first meal) and then again 2 liters afternoon and then again maybe 1.2 liters. You will get that tea aftertaste in your mouth and you will not want to erase it by eating + you will be well hydrated. Mostly I drink Meng Ding Xi Bei Xian, Huang Shan Mao Feng, White Monkey, Green Monkey, sometimes Long Jing, Lu Xue Ya, I love Sencha, Fukamushi... and when I am outside or at work, I'm carrying two 1.5l bottles (or 1gallon jar) of coldbrew Matcha. This year I finaly get visible abs and didn't feel hungry single time. I am only hungry after cardio (running +-10km), that feels like I need to eat because I burnt like 2000kcal, which is obviously nonsense.

He's right about walking especially after a meal as its shown to slow and moderate glucose spikes. One thing he left out which I feel is critical is eat more fish high in Omega 3's as it turns off many of the 77 fat storing genes we have. I lost 23 lbs last three months eating fiber with every meal, lots of fish and walking a lot like he says. It works great video will implement the fasting part!

I just drink about 1/2 to 1 shot glass worth each morning before coffee. Smaller fish don't have much heavy metals and there's a brand in the US that tests every tuna for mercury and only sells low mercury tuna! I eat Sardines and Mackerel which has most Omegas of all fish every week and of course wild salmon. I don't eat fish every day but tend to 3 times a week. For fiber made great Cuban black bean soup which has onions and garlic in it and is also good for you. Don't worry about fish for cutting he's right WALK after meals and blood glucose won't spike and you won't store much of a cheat meal as fat. I tried this with a half pizza once/twice a week and didn't gain anything! So fish won't hurt you at all!@@ami6packs

This is solid advice. I'm 5'11", I started out the year at almost 195 lbs after packing on the pounds during COVID. I looked and felt like shit and this was the highest I'd weighed probably since my teenage chubby days. I've been following these basic 3 things, plus doing strength training 3-4 days/week, and I'm currently at 162 lbs, trying to get to 158 before I start bulking in the new year. The fasting really helps because I find if I eat too early, I end up going over my calories and snacking at night because I'm hungry. The one other thing I'd add is strength training. If you do these 3 things, but don't include weight lifting, you'll end up losing weight, but instead of that weight being mostly fat, you'll lose muscle and fat and wind up skinny fat. Lol, added that last part before I watched the end of the video where he talks about strength training...

When I’ve coached guys in the past I’ve almost never started at 10K steps because it’s rare anyone who lives somewhat sedentary starts anywhere close to that. Usually what I’ll do is have them track their steps and then increase it by about 3K. Usually ends up around a total of 7K’ish. Then? As the weight loss slows? We increase steps and they get to keep the calories high. It’s really nice, because by the time they are at something like 12-13k steps a day? They’ve already hit the goal body weight and are getting even leaner. 👌 Worth a thought.

Hi Greg, how do you feel about finasteride? Do you have anyone on your programs that you know takes it? One of the reasons I use your programs is to become attractive to women. However, it seems to be that girls in their 20s aren’t attracted to bald guys (I am in my early 20s). Is that something you would recommend or should I stay away from it? While it does affect DHT levels, it gives men a higher level of free T. P.S. this is coming from someone who does not look good bald whatsoever.

@@SugarGotAlongway2catchme I think I was roughly in a 400 Calorie deficit Thru food at 2200 Calories by the time I completed the fat loss journey and now that I'm back in maintenance I'm up to around 2700 Calories and still maintaining about 170 or 171 pounds. My cardio was probably at 1 hour per day but I wasn't really going intensely it was just more than anything walking or recumbent biking. Occasionally I would do one high intensity day for 20 minutes with 5 Sprint intervals but that's really it. That occurred maybe once every 9 or 10 days. So my food deficit put me probably 400 Calories in a deficit but then my walking expenditure at 15 or 20000 steps per day really opened up an even greater deficit. At this point I am priming myself for a lean bulking phase after about 2 or 3 months at maintenance.

@@whoyou2crew wow that’s amazing!! You did 15-20k steps per day? Were you on the treadmill? I find walking outside it takes me a good 1.5-2 hours

@@SugarGotAlongway2catchme A lot of it was by treadmill but I also walk a lot for my job so it really accumulated quickly with the steps. Thank you for your support.

Been living the kinobody way the last 1 year. My shoulders, arms, chest, and back blew up. Now as I'm cutting I literally have friends questioning the speed of my progress 😂. Just bought some mojo too so let's see how it goes.

Not a fan of fasting personally. It's great if you can do it but I find it messes with my sleep. Eating first thing seems to set my internal clock. At least when I do it in the morning. Might be worth a try at night.
