i mean this is super misleading and toxic isnt it? his physique isnt obtainable without steroids and your answer to his fans is "hey just do lateral raises oh and buy my AI generated workout program and crap supplements and youll get huge shoulders FAST" like thats fked up imo and im sure hes a cool chill person, i've seen his other videos, but this vid is fked up. fans are asking straight up how do we get big shoulders as you and you say just to eat more... lol you gotta say u did roids. Sure to get big you have to eat and lift consistently but then say that AND "oh and take roids to get my body if you want" this is the problem i have cuz im 30 and on-and-off lifter for 10years and i want these influencers physiques but i know now its all bs if i dont take trt, tren, etc

Big shoulders means big rfont, rear and especially side delts. Front delts gets already a good volume with any push exercise and they rarely lack in people, so you should focus more on side delts for widening your clavicles to waist ratio. Rear delts, such as front delts, gets involved in mostly any pull movement, especially when you focus on upper back but it's a super small muscle that needs some work without the traps taking the lead. Spread the volume wisely on laterals and get some work on front delts with heavy high incline presses, hit the rear delts as much as you need if they lack, do everything with effort and perfect form and that's how you build big shoulders naturally or enhanced doesn't matter.

As soon as you get that pump and then hit failure. That’s it. Your done. Proteinsenthesis will happen Overhead press is vital of course, but high rep rest pause lateral raises is what will get you big shoulders. Being able to press 100 lbs or 150lbs just means you’re strong. Just like power lifters , they don’t have the best physiques. But are strong.

Feel the muscle contract and burn and that’s what will make it grow. I feel more in the muscles and less in my joints and bones on lighter weight with a better connection and contraction under tension 100%.

Doesn't the amount you shoulder press depend on how much you weigh? I can't imagine a 5'2 inch guy who's 130lbs overhead dumb bell pressing 100 lbs. I would also think that one should work all parts of their shoulders (ie,. front, rear and side) to get that aesthetic big boulder shoulder? Of course, saying a specific weight is the way to building huge shoulders is just ridiculous to say the least. Progressive overload does work, he is right about that, but in my 12 years of lifting, l think that any program works as long as you follow it long enough for the results to come in. And when l say follow it, l mean you track your progress and you actually push yourself in the gym, if you reach a point where you think your program is no longer giving you the results that you want, then its time to adjust it or change it completely. But this could take years, a lot of people dont even know their actual natural limit nor have they gotten close to it. Try sticking to a program for 12 months straight, tracking your lifts, diet and sleep, and you will grow and get stronger regardless of what kind of split, program or routine you follow.

I wish I could do this but I don’t know if my body will allow it, my muscles get fatigued easily due to having a muscle skeletal issue, my creatine kinesis levels are always high even when I’m not working out, last year I ended up in the hospital for a week after almost dying due to my creatine kinesis levels being higher than 39,000. They we”re off the charts and I was lucky I didn’t ruin my Kidney and liver function. I have since always had high creatine kinesis levels, don’t know why doctors haven’t been able to tell me why. It’s extremely rare condition, but it sucks because I want to be in better shape. I still workout but I have to hydrate more than usual to keep the levels down as much as I can. and be intuned with when enough is enough or the consequences could be not worth it, plus it doesn’t do any good anyway if I overdue it because if you get rhadomyalisis the muscle breaks into your blood stream and your body will expel it, I’ve been trying to figure out how to workout properly without putting myself at such high risk. It’s been tricky. Great video though, I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of rhabdo but if you by chance have, and have any tips on how to slowly progress to that, would be appreciated. Great build and gains man. Impressive. 🔥 😊

@@lifeisgood070 I’ve been working with a medical team for over a year now and they can’t figure it out, yeah it’s pretty wild. They can’t find anything metabolic, virus or bacteria causing it. I think it’s got to be some kind of auto immune disease that’s very rare and that’s what they think too but they still don’t know for sure, it’s just been a process of ruling things out. But so far no answers. Some of them tell me not to workout at all but I refuse, I’ve been working out I’ve just learned to be really in tune with my body although their have been times I’ve made myself sick because I’ve overdone it a bit, which causes upset stomach and then there’s no point if the muscle breaks down, because my body just wants to expel it, but I haven’t had it be near as bad as a year ago, where it ended up in the hospital for a week because they couldn’t get the creatine Kinesis levels to go down just with me hydrating alone.

Super simple and over looked. Love it! I got big chest and lats but weak shoulders and it’s because I workout with like 35lb dumbbells on shoulder press So my shoulders look weak because they ARE WEAK holy crap

He’s just plain wrong. Shoulder press hits front delt. Front delt is the most overused muscle for any bodybuilder or weightlifters. Everything you do basically hits front delts. If you want big shoulders, you need to do heavy lateral raises and rear belts. I know Greg eats 1500 cal a day wakes up at noon. But just keeps growing. Don’t think it’s the shoulder pressing maybe the gear instead. But he’s natty so I can’t be right.

With all due respect, You have an amazing physique and you're hella strong but I personally think that his shoulders are much more impressive than yours brother. Again, doesn't take away from Your physique. Your physique is still better than 99% of the population. Also, you're right. I agree with you. Being super strong on the overhead press is probably not the main thing for wide, barn door shoulders. Likely better to mainly focus on the lateral head and/or being genetically blessed with good shoulders genetics.
