I’m new to your videos but I like how you stand behind being balanced in everything you do. A lot of these other fitness or life coaches make things seem almost impossible by stating in order to be successful whether in fitness or life you must stick to this terribly rigid routine and most people tune out then and there. I'm on Kinobody Greek God 2.0 right now, it has definitely transformed my physique, and I agree with what Greg is saying. Though, I probably drink more than the recommended 3-4 drinks almost every day during the weekend. I've found a high protein, low calorie meal before I go out drinking tends to curb the hunger pains and leaves room for a little extra drinks ;). I'm also a huge fan of extra cardio (in addition to strength training) on the days I know I will be drinking. If you are already leaving 300 calories in your diet for drinks, go for a 3 mile run before going out. It gives you at least 350 more calories on top of the 300 you're already saving. 650 calories is plenty of room for a night of some shots and a few good cocktails/beers plus you're already burning calories bar hopping :D

Kinobody actually misses the mark when it comes to alcohol and the brain as well as moderate drinking for longevity. Granted the safe amount is far lower than previously expected, only around 3-4 UK units of alcohol per week (keep in mind one regular drink may have 2 units, this doesn't mean 3-4 drinks). This amount has no adverse effects as far as decreases in white or grey matter volume of the brain that we see at higher intake levels (Andrew Huberman was wrong about this too). I'm a pharmacist and I made a video explaining this in detail: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ep-jt7almda9pJM.html
