Honestly, it’s gotten to the point where many men start looking like muscular turds. Very wide like why? Just be fit and lean. Why you wanna look like you can no longer move your head side to side? Or be able to reach your butt to wipe it?

Yes, love the Bruce Lee shout-out. He's my first childhood idol who inspired me to take up martial arts and get mindful about my fitness and philosophical outlooks. Bruce Lee's achilles heel was that he overworked himself though. He trained a little toooo hard without adequately replacing his electrolytes and fluids. Two months before his death, he passed out due to exhaustion and overheating during a voiceover session when they shut off the a/c in the building and his body couldn't handle it. His dehydration and depletion gradually led to him developing a build-up of fluid in his brain. So, let us learn from both the wisdom and mistakes from the Legend that is Bruce Lee.

Antony Starr as lucas hood in the banshee TV series. You could say he's a real man and he isn't jacked, he looks ordinary. Clint Eastwood in heartbreak ridge fought and knocked out a huge jacked marine. He isn't jacked and still he came out on top. The point being that while it's a nice confidence boost and helps to be strong and athletic , a real man is defined by how he chooses to handle life, problems and most of all his reactions to these things on an emotional level. He has to have integrity and purpose.

Greg the type of guy who not liking much talk. He big, strong man, with eyes like winter sky and beard like forest. In village, they say he walk like bear, silent and steady. One day, Greg decide to leave village. He not say where he go, just pack bag and leave at dawn, when sky still dark. People watch him go, wondering what make him leave. Greg walk for days, through fields and forest, not stopping for rest. He look like man on mission, like something calling him from far away. Finally, he reach city. Tall buildings touch sky, streets busy with people rushing. Greg not used to noise, to so many people. But he keep walking, head held high. In city, Greg find work at factory. Hard work, but he strong, not mind. Days turn into weeks, weeks into months. Greg start to feel like he belong, like city accept him as one of its own. But then, one day, Greg see something that make him remember why he left village. He see man begging on street, hungry and cold. He see children with no home, no future. Greg not like seeing people suffer. He remember promise he make to himself when he leave village - to help those in need, to make world better place. So, Greg start giving what he can - food, money, kindness. People in city start to notice, start calling him hero. But Greg not care about fame, about being hero. He just happy knowing he make difference, knowing he help those who need it most. And so, Greg continue his journey, walking through city streets like silent guardian, bringing hope to those who have none. For Greg not just type of guy, he man with heart of gold, who make world brighter with every step he take.
