I'm Taryn, a qualified chef and pastry chef with experience in all areas in the kitchen. I first started working in a commercial kitchen environment nearly 20 years ago. I particularly enjoy baking, modifying recipes to make them healthier, and have a special interest in food presentation.
I live in Christchurch, New Zealand and create these videos from my purpose built kitchen studio.

Seems like the moistrue in the tomato would be absorbed into the bread next to it. Wouldnt you want to keep the tomato away from the bread with lettuce? Great video!

Thanks for your comment, I always try to include everyone ☺️. The first 3 sandwiches in this video are vegetarian. If you'd like to keep them vegan, use a vegan mayonnaise and include more vegetables in the fillings instead of the cheese/egg/meat. I will try to do a video with more vegetarian/vegan options next time ☺️
