===== RECIPE =====
I share the recipes that accompany each video in my free newsletter. If you're interested in receiving future recipes, you can subscribe here - www.easypeasy.co/
Alternatively these recipes can also be found on my website:
White Chocolate Mousse - www.easypeasy.co/recipes/whit...

Hummingbird Cake - www.easypeasy.co/recipes/humm...
For these decorations I've used a compound chocolate (chocolate chips).
If you are using a high cocoa content chocolate, make sure you temper the chocolate first to avoid getting streaky lines and to ensure the chocolate sets hard.

FANTASTIC chocolate art! Should the melted chocolate be hot or warm when you begin to shape them on the baking paper? Thank you so much, Taryn, THE BEST!

Thanks for your kind comment. It can be hot or warm, just whatever you find easiest to work with. Sometimes it depends on the room temperature...if it's cold the chocolate can set so quickly so you really need it hot.
Awesome as always, Taryn! =)

Thanks, I love chocolate - you can do so much with it 😊 My top is from a New Zealand brand called Augustine...they have a lovely website and ship world wide 😉
Could I use a lamination pouch instead of acetate or is acetate more food safe?

You can make the chocolate garnishes weeks before you need them. Just keep them cool (not the fridge) and dry.
