Simple sweetcorn fritters make such an easy and delicious light meal that you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch or tea. In this video we'll serve them as a lunch with bacon, tomato relish and aioli.
It's easy to put them on a plate and leave it at that but how can we turn these into a plated café style dish without much extra effort? That's the question we're going to answer in this video.

it really does make a difference! I can see why you would want to allow the bacon to get all curly, it adds height and interest. I think I'll try frying it next time and utilize its 3 dimensional effect. By the way, I see you are starting to get a commission at no extra cost to us for the salt and pepper grinders. Since your plating is so essential for presentation you should look into finding the wonderful plates you use. They make such a difference!
