Great Job! I am so tired of Iceberg or Romain lettuce with tomato. I'm going to try adding color and texture to my salad. Raw celery is forbidden on my diet but I see carrots can provide that crunch I've been missing. Thank you!

Funny how they're called different things in different countries. Here in NZ, they're peppers, capsicums or sweet peppers 😊

Asian salad is delicious. You can leave out the coriander or substitute it with Vietnamese mint..that would be yummy.
