@TYRYT Hey brotha, I was rewatching this video for the 1000 time. And realized with the upcoming changes to the game and bosses getting the proper resistances against Vat crits working, this build will and can be more important. "THE WARLORD 2.0" with a focus on crippling to bring full support to those harder boss fights. With healing support to boot (MEDICS). And the legendary crafting. Just a thought. Let me know if I'm coping or on to something lol. Hopefully this gives you ideas for a build. Cheers bro

My vampire crit combat shotgun is one of my favorite guns on my full health. I'm way more upset about this than railways or the quad effect being nerfed.
This was really good to go through, into thing missing was the radiation/ health control part of it!
Any word on when this is supposed to go live? Couldn’t happen soon enough. Been wanting this since Beta lol. Also I’m curious to see if changing legendary prefixes on a legacy Dragon will ruin the “legacy” effects like the 419 range and 20% explosive damage. The ones that drop now are two hundred some range and any explosive effects do 3% damage. The one I have is instigating explosive. I’d love to make it two shot without losing the “legacy” prefixes.
I want to see that shotgun surgeon I’d like to see a shotgun/support build

I love how this change will make mediocre legendary drops waaay more valuable, and for once, a useful currency addition.... Edit: legendary junk might mean a resurgence in unwanted pvp kills that bypass pacifist
Well, I'm not gonna cheer just yet. After watching Angry Turtles video about this, it sounds good but when in practice it's even worse than it is now. 1% chance to learn the mod for the effect you want is far from accepable, and so is the cost of modding the armor and weapons. Starting at 30 modules and then it just goes up for everything you want to change on it. Nah, Bugthesda better change that shit ASAP or people will be dropping this game for good. This is going to be an even worse case of RNG than what we already have.

What are your initial thoughts on the new/updated perks currently on the PTS? I realise they might still change before being released, but they don't seem too bad currently. Especially the updated Thirst Quencher. And to anyone who's affected by the glitch that makes you spawn with 0 or 1 HP everytime you join a server: Equipping the (rank 3) Class Freak perk 'fixes' it. Not a perk I'd choose, but can help if it bothers you. (Useful when server hopping to browse vendors for example.)

It was also mentioned that they intend to add explosive back to energy weapons, however they want it to be an actual plasma explosion on plasma weapons, laser explosions on lasers etc. I remember you mentioning this in a previous video.
Amazing but I hope they drop the cost a fair bit 30 mods to create a 3 star weapon then more mods to change it seems rather a lot.. mind you when you roll randomly it can cut through them too..
I am definitely going to be trying this build now, since ive missed using heavy gunner builds they are so fun.

Boss killing will take forever now, these nerfs aren’t making the game better for anyone lol. Instead of bringing stuff down. Bring stuff up. I don’t understand why there is the need to always put nerfs with buffs in updates.
The new changes sound awesome and what we have all been saying for years, only down side was Angry Turtle was saying that he had scraped around 200 weapons and never learned a single mod so we can wait and see if they change the chances
That’s purely down to chance it’s a 1% chance. Not bugged just rare.
I’m not sure if you mentioned this but what will happen to legendary modules do they change in anyway or stay the same? Great vid as always
They stay the same, except they have two purposes now, you can choose to spend 30 modules to make an item legendary *** if you do not have one already (you can skip this if you already have a three star item you want to re roll) then the second use is to apply legendary mods of your choosing onto items you want. Example spend 30 modules to make a fixer three star as a player without a legendary dart fixer, then 10-15-20 modules to choose your desired effects.
I just rolled about 200 modules worth of railway rifles. I was going for a quad explosive 25% less vats. I did not get one single quad. This new crafting system cannot come soon enough.
I swear sitting in my stash box right now is basically a Gatting laser just like this already
30 modules for three stars is far too much
Think of it as the entry price to be able to choose your own rolls. That is if you start from a fresh non legendary item. You can always skip this and just choose your legendary effects on an already three star item.
what would one use instead for perk cards if they wanted a full health build? bloodied builds give me mad anxiety lol
Just replace nerd rage with whatever you want, probably first aid or something in endurance. Or action boy And don’t take the adrenal reaction mutation. Sorted ready to go.

the rng on legendary and in my opinion making hundreds of partially used cores in ur inventory if u use it for weapons are the worst things about f76...finally legendarys will be fixed just fix those cores now

ABOUT👏TIME👏 I have been trying to complete your juggernaut built for over a year now! Hopefully, this speeds things up.
Can you trade mod plans that you CRAFT? Not ones you scrap? if so then will be relatively easy to find groll mod vendors. If not then think this will still be a pain.
I believe you can, no matter how you get particles or legendary mods, you can trade them both. Only thing you can’t trade is a weapon that has these mods applied to it
My q50c25 railway is gonna suck so bad.
LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOOOO I’ve been asking for a The Division-style recalibration for weapon effects FOR YEARS and this legitimately might be the thing to get me back into 76! Can’t fucking wait 😅
I've already tested the endurance perks and here's what they give. These values are for every point of END you have and each perk only has 1 rank now: Iron Stomach: +2 Damage Resistance. Reduction seems to be a typo. Natural Resistance: 1 energy, poison, fire, and cold resistance Thirst Quencher: 5AP Vaccinated: 2.5% disease resistance
@@Unfa1r oh awesome! Thank you So they all are only rank one now, like strange in numbers. These could be must haves no matter the build especially thirst quencher. So all of the values is per endurance. Nice to know thank you.
@@TYRYT One minor detail that I forgot to mention is that since the rank 2/3 versions of those perks no longer exist any copies of them that I had (because I'm collecting the little animated GIF ones) got deleted so you'll want to scrap them before the update goes live. IDK if the rank 1 versions are safe or not cause I didn't have any to begin with.

Once this is ironed out and we find out what the final iteration will be, could you do an extensive video on what the NEW “God Roll” would be on all of the different Weapon and Armor classes, if they do make it to where it adds new or crazy effects to them. Seriously, if we can put explosive back on Energy weapons, or if we can add Unyielding to PA, that would be insane. Will likely never happen, but crazy if we could!
Basically for Legendary items: Scrip for Modules Scrap for Particles.

@Sanuske4 it’s actually 1% for the plan and 2.5% for the modules
While Particles will work differently, they’ll be treated like Junk the same way that Vault Steel is.
I bet there will be a brief window where you can put unyielding on power armor

Ill be causious till its actually in our hands not even test servers indicate how itll be in public At best you could scrap a 3* weapon and guaranteed to get one of the perks Worst could be gambling scrapping legendarys for perk mods Best case mods can go to everything Worst they only go to the type theyre scraped from Then particle acquiring, particle rates, cost per change Worst worst case abysmal rates while selling them in the atomic shop Imagine then selling random legendary modules for 500 atoms for 5 or something Selling particles too It could be amazing It could also be very ptw scummy and tedious
I like how now builds loadouts can be built around gear. Like no need for funky duds if all your armor has poison resist, that then would allow another legendary perk in that spot.
You need to try it in the pts it's a little wonky right now.

Legendary particles drop on death
This is amazing and will really keep people playing for years to come. Bethesda is really good at keeping people interested and entertained in their games. This is so perfect. Being able to run the exact weapon you want for your build is gonna really make a huge positive impact on your experience.
would a near miss legendary item like the hunter's 50 crit damage, 25 less ap cost fixer be more valuable to sell?

I'm also in the camp of no cores lol. But I've not stopped playing. Just rolled thousands of pieces of armour since the civil engineer came out. Now I have no cores😢
it works on the unstoppable monster, sole survivor, medical malpractice and whistle in the dark my be more but face breaker and mechanic's best friend do not head hunter scythe is missing
