    Yes, your recipe is authentic as I learnt it from a Malacca Portuguese lady. They pronounced it as Debal Curry. They can replace cabbage with potatoes or even cauliflower. All up to different homes.

    Saya lebih suka yg lama texture dia lebih lembut kalaw tk mahu dia lekat buka api kecil panaskan 10 ……. 15 minit kemudian klw mahu lagi bagus pukul sebiji telor, bakar dulu nnti acuan kita tk akan lekat lagi sbb dia sudah cukup panas.

    I just came across your channel Aunty and I am glad I found it. Trying to catch up on all your videos in one sitting 😅. Some of the dishes I have never heard of eg. Ikan kuah lada nyonya. So happy Aunty shares this type of recipes that we can’t have in restaurant. Thank you. Your cooking instructions are very clear. Looking forward to more of your recipes.
