Nyonya Mix Vegetables in Coconut Milk / Titik Lemak Kangkung, Kobis & Keledek Nyonya
Ingredients for 4 pax:
• 200gm Kangkung (Water Spinach)
• 200gm Round White Cabbage
• 200gm Sweet Potatoes
• 200gm Small Fresh Prawns(Cleaned)
• 12 pcs Thai Shallot
• 2 pcs Fresh Red Chili
• 1” x 2” Shrimp Paste
• 450ml Fresh Thick Coconut Milk
• 180-200ml Water
• 2 tsp Salt
• ½ tbp Chicken Stock
• Sugar - according to taste

Thank you for sharing this yummy recipe. I need to know something, if you don't mind, in this recipe I don't see you fry the rempah? if yes, may I know why it doesn't need to fry?is it the normal way for all titek lemak we don't fry the rempah? Thank you auntie.

Hi Vivienne, the rempah for titik lemak dont need to fry as there is no oil used.
Hello Aunty The moment I skin the sweet potato, it turns black. Actually it turns black as i am skinning it. How to prevent this, please? Thank you.
