Didn't vote HRC, Biden and won't vote Biden again, Obama’s 2nd term was my 1st and last ‘lesser evil’ vote. And I really need people to finally realized that when the metric is “lesser evil” in a 2 party system that both parties are going to continue to go to the Right because the leaders on the Right are trying to appeal to their base while the Centrist (there is no major Left Party) also what to appeal to the Right’s base while telling their centrist and left voting base that they have no choice but to vote for them.

I feel you Kim. I just came from an election where I dislike all the candidates. I voted for who I disliked the least & who would frick me & mine over the least. My American friend said this is the 1st election that she hopes God takes out one of the candidates. Its that bad.

It’s been painfully aware that our bipartisan system is and has always been ineffective. Voting in this country doesn’t matter the way things stand. There are many more problems at play but the nations childlike view of the perceived good any one person in the position of U.S president can bring us one of the biggest issues. Presidents are merely an extension of the will and interests of America no matter if they are democrat or republican if Obama wasn’t a clear example of that. Political & social ignorance as well as lack of general solidarity in this hyper individualistic country also contribute as major issues.

I am hoping that a viable third party initiative emerges. Any move towards the sustainability of such an initiative would be a huge boon for democracy.

This is pure elder abuse. No one would expect a member of society at that age to adhere to the expected gruelling life and schedule. Democracy should not rest on this man's shoulders. Can't understand why his wife allows this.

It’s crazy how five years ago we were seriously debating whether a 70year old should be running for president and you would get called ageist if you felt elders shouldn’t be trying to run the country and now people are seeing the result of what happens when you do that. Like wow, how naive were we?

For better or for worse, the Republican Party actually got to CHOOSE their candidate. The Democratic Party didn’t. So not only is Biden not liked by the voters he was never going to get but also the voters he assumed he would.

Right! And that's the irony. I hear all of these hacks talking snack about saving democracy but you didn't value democracy enough to have a damned primary. Why? Because Biden would've had his ass handed to him! Biden is a front man for a kabal of people working behind the scenes!

K, see you in 2028, voting out to fear for project 2029. “I know Nancy Pelosi technically died a couple years back and that the person who’d be making decisions is her personal finance broker, but we can’t let Marjorie Taylor Greene win or project 2029 will be implemented and while I hate that the DNC sandbagged AOC in the democratic primaries and agree with Jamal Bowman on literally every policy issue, he’s running as an independent and while he is literally on my ballot and I can vote for him 3rd parties can’t win because no one like myself votes for them, so Pelosi2028!”

What makes me mad about democrats is back in 2016, they had the opportunity to embrace a populist candidate (Bernie) to fight a populist candidate….but no, they opted for career politicians and business as usual and we’re paying the price time and time again.
