    We understand empathy just fine, we just don't have it. It's not that we don't recognize other people's emotions, anxiety, etc., it's just that we don't share them viscerally. Our understanding of them is disinterested and clinical. We still have access to all our rational faculties when we process that kind of information (like danger) which is why we don't panic and can stay clear headed.

    This year ive read 107 books and my tip is notes. Lots and lots of notes. Then shorten and memorise your notes. Try listening to the audiobook while reading the actual book read in bright environments and take a shower after reading it helps u remember it.

    Because of ADHD, what I do is set a timer for twenty minutes every single day, and just POWER THROUGH AS MANY WORDS AS POSSIBLE until the timer ends and I put the book away and don’t touch it again until the next day. And I do this every day! Mostly. This also gives me the “I already read a little, I might as well read more” feeling, which is great! And studies have shown that reading for twenty minutes every day is good for your empathy, vocabulary, and overall brain health! Thanks for this video it was interesting!❤

    I read books for knowledge I don't need to be in a chemist lab, in a programming team group coding, I don't need to be in a prayer room lecturing people about God. I read for knowledge, reading gives knowledge to the self , other people, the world shut down when I r😮ead, reading makes me in another world and this is the aim when you are living between your enemies new age garbage stalking parasites 3:15

    1. Audiobooks. (Any book, listen it like you listen to the radio or youtube) 2. Kindle (commutes, waiting rooms, long rides) 3. Buy physical books you want your friends to read (a 'personalized book' rec is an afford, affectionate gift) 4. Read nonfiction and fiction 5. Have books in various rooms of your house

    As humans we think that we supposed to function the exact same but who is not to say that we are different species of human just like animals a poodle is a dog and so is a pitbull but yet they are very different from characteristics, temperament and function. A siamese cat is a cat but so is a tiger, yet very different because they serve different purposes. So why would humans not be the same, the equality mentality in humans is very flawed. We are not meant to do be and do the same things.

    I have a fear of sitting exams. During exams, my mind tends to go blank even though I have prepared. I also get stomach aches during the exam and need to visit the toilet. I have my final university exams coming up, and they literally determine my future. I am so scared that this fear will ruin my degree

    "Give yourself unto reading. The man who never reads will never be read; he who never quotes will never be quoted. He who will not use the thoughts of other men’s brains, proves that he has no brains of his own. You need to read." - Charles Haddon Spurgeon

    It’s funny that I randomly gave my self some of these goals out of no where. I have a goal to read from 7pm to Midnight; If I’m reading an anthology book, preferably by Stephen King, I’ll read a short story on a city bus rather than drive; and even if I miss my page goal of 100 pages a day or start later than 7pm, I still will read something for fun, only taking breaks to go to the bathroom or if my immersion gets interrupted by a phone call, Like what just happened to me.

    Did you really just steal corporis video lol? You talked about all the same studies, from the calf study to the rhabdo case. Thanks for wasting my time.

  • @humanbeing2420
    @humanbeing242029 күн бұрын

    He probably discussed the same studies as Corporis because they are the only ones that exist. There are no others to talk about. These products are quite new so there's not a large body of research on them. And if you pay attention to both videos it's clear that they're substantively different from each other. Think for a minute or two before you accuse someone of theft.

    The active ingredients are really, really similar to my typical moda stack. When I first used moda I experienced headaches and found citicoline (Cognizin) eliminated this side effect. Caffeine and L-Theanine are pretty standard in the cocktail too. It’s a good product, tastes good. For super intense focus with all legal substances you’re probably better off with just a higher mg energy drink (or espresso) and a Zyn, but this seems like it was formulated to side car more potent nootropics, kinda surprised I’m not seeing that discussed more.

    I haven’t read a book completely for 6 years😂. My plan now ,after the video,is to read each book quicker than the last. I wanna be addicted to reading so much that I forget how to be stupid. I care about my future cause people around me act like we are gonna be alive just to be here as tourists. Im the narrator of my story and we all got the same 24 hours.lets get to it and see what these books do!!

    Don't take who you are for granted...Many psychopaths who take accountability for what they did prayed to have feelings,which is the reason why committing crimes is like being addicted to drugs for them.The frontal lobe and amygdala of their brain is broken which is why It hard for them even if they want to feel what empathy is like.m.It takes years for them to be sober from their intense urges to fight their addictions like how a drug addict fight against drug and alcohol addiction

    This is fascinating! I honestly love to read. Once I start reading I literally get obesses with it and go on a reading spree. But it wasn't always like this. I use to think it was boring when I was younger until my mom told me I could place 1st in class if I read more . So I tricked myself into thinking that it was actually fun and easy. Who knew that little lie I told myself would change my life forever.😂
