My father who is a life long musician was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s a few years ago. I have started listening to German band Annenmaykanteriteit with him, and translating the songs while learning the German language for myself at the same time. It has been incredibly worthwhile and he lights up when he hears them now.

There are many studies that actual video games like open world games improve memory,problem solving etc Shooter games may improve reaction times and train the brain. Of course modesty is the key 👍
