Keep the good work you do. The fascinating thing is that you use real studies as an information which in my opinion is very rare in KZread. They all talk different things without covering it up with real scientific facts and how it actually works. Thank you for this video and i also watched the books video and how it changes your brain. Don't stop doing what you doing. Good luck!
