I stop listen about hormozi when i heard about him and talking about "produtivity" (in reality, toxic productivity). Yputube is nowadays full of toxic productivity advice what leads to burnout and more anxiety or even worst. Thank you for talking about him and bring this to awareness

A lot of his advice revolves around micro manipulation of others, which isn't my cup of tea. Also I don't think for him it is toxic productivity because for him it isn't work, he loves what he does and so he doesn't get burn out because it doesn't feel like work. I think he offers good advice and perspectives if you can recognize the type of person he is, and take everything with a grain of salt.

Anxiety sucks. I've lost my job 2 years ago and I've been unemployed since. It's not that I cannot get a job, it's because I cannot force myself send resumes. Thinking about job interview and making a fool of myself makes me so anxious I can't do anything. I know I shouldn't be so afraid but it's so much stronger than me

Sounds like a very difficult situation to be in. I hope you can get good support from your doctor on this and that learning a bit more about anxiety might help!

The comparison of brain responses to the chimp, human, or computer visualization is a great strategy to understand anxiety! I will share this with my counseling staff ❤
