Must be Cher to be honest... I love them all, but Cher have 27 (maybe more!) Studio albums - and had huge (HUUUUUGE) comebacks along the way.. Amazing.. She had no. 1s for 7 decaces !!

I think Katy's Teenage Dream and Prism albums (especially California Gurls ft. Snoop Dogg and Dark Horse ft. Juicy J) deserved a Grammy, but they have been doing everything to upset Katy since the very beginning of the Grammys. By the way,Tupac and Snoop Dogg are not given Grammys either.

Pop isn’t dying, it can’t die because pop literally means whatever style of music is popular right now. Its changing, in the 60s-80s, rock was pop, nowadays rap and rnb rule pop with artists like Drake, The Weeknd, SZA, etc. People that say its dying are just stuck in the past.

This song was so massive! I still listen to every word when it comes on the radio in the USA, and the video was so unique. I bought the album it was on but “Somebody I used to know” is by far my favorite. Thanks for posting this video! (But I think you forgot an edit near the very end.)

AI will kill vanilla pop. For the current TIKTOK/Instagrams "stars", the likes is the primary thing, the music is a sideshow. Ban autotune and pitch correction and compression. The interesting stuff with originality will still be made by man

Pop music is dying cuz no one trying something new and actually engaging. Alot of it is pseudo-happy-sounding trash that feels as fake as ur friend telling u to "smile, its gonna be a good time."

I miss how much more genres of music we had before now everyone sounds like Taylor Swift it seems or Bad Bunny lol Barely any new rock just mostly songs about ex boyfriends and revenge and being better than everyone else. Music definitely had more meaning, more lyrics than beats back then. We had legends we remembered their songs and name for many years later. Most of today's music is samples with lyrics that are too basic or make no sense and call it a day. We don't even have music like Linkin Park or Nightwish, Within Temptation. They were unique. Now everyone sounds and look alike. Music today stick with today's narrotives, not creative at all. Where's the emotion? We even had different genres coming together to make great collaborations that would surprise us. Pop used to be different genres and having and enjoying different tastes of music from Michael Jackson to Mariah Carrey, Marc Antony, Evanescence, Boys to Men, Queen, Eminem, Celine Dion. It was bigger then than now. Songs and artists that hit us hard where every song was a good song and the beat and lyrics would stick

These 10 songs are still with me since I was 6 years old and they all still go HARD to this day 1. Unwritten and Pieces Of Me are my summer bops 2. Blvd of Broken Dreams unleashed my inner rock god 3. Dip It Low had me blossom my h0e phase 4. She Will Be Loved was my lazy happy-go-lucky songs especially during a drive to the beach 5. 1,2 Step and Let's Get It Started were my immediate party bangers! 6. My Happy Ending was my intro to the breakup songs and Avril Lavigne herself 7. Usher was the main pop boy of 2004 (before main pop boy/girl was a thing)

As a gay man, I've never had a need for divas in my life. I was never bullied for my sexuality growing up. I never had a need for divas so I find it strange that so many gay men love female singers. To me if the song moves me, I tend to like it irregardless of the singer. I tend to listen to mostly gay male singers like Callum Scott and Troye Sivan etc. They would be considered my divos (male divas).
