Can I go back to a previous save, do those dialogue choices and then go back to my current save and still get access to the secret ending? Or do I need to play through the rest of the game again after I make those choices. If that’s the case then I can live without getting this ending

Price of Honor is actually kinda buggy. If you find the woman and the boys beforehand and accept the quest later, you will have to go back to the 2 brothers again. Geralt however knows already that these are the brothers since he took a letter from them where they wrote everything and he has seen the corpes already as well so going there again is kinda stupid :D

I like this scene to bits, and to be honest I feel like Charles Dance does a masterful job with conveying what Emhyr feels in this very moment However... I feel like there's a missed opportunity in this scene; given the spite Geralt holds towards Emhyr, when he says "I do not wish to see you ever again" I think it would've fitted quite well if Geralt asnswered "Likewise" instead of just nodding and walking away. I don't think he'd miss the chance to disrespect the emperor one last time, and adding the insult to the injury

Well Geralt slept with Keira before she got with lambert so all good i guess. Not to mention book geralt at least would have never had any real interest in triss. They had a "situationship" going in TW2 I would say and had some bedtime fun in TW1 if you chose her, but thats kinda it. Triss is really attracted to Geralt, but for him its not a big thing, especially since he is suffering from his memory loss :D I agree on many other points as well. For example Lambert calling her merigold isnt being teasing her or being a bit mean, it is just being straight up an asshole because Triss has a very lets say unhealthy relationship to her family which is probably the main reason she doesnt want to be called by that name. It would work if Triss ended things and Lambert felt hurt and he is num real pissy towards her because of that, but yeah still doesnt feel like the most realistic of theories. Either way the theory was interesting and allowed for this deduction video to be made xD

Witcher, Cyberpunk, that one space game that nobody talks about anymore, but was a big deal before release, and Ghost of Tsushima. Astroturfed games that admittedly have some appeal and aren't awful, but ridiculously overrated, overhyped and have a scary following. They just aren't contenders for Uncharted, old AC or Rockstar games. They aren't revolutionary. They are just passable

Seeing you used the hair mod for Yen I just wanted to say that Triss having her hair not open in TW3 kinda sucks. Maybe its because of the whole novigrad situation, but in the books it is really stressed that she has her hair open as a sign of her freedom which is like the most important thing to her.

I think you are a bit unfair with book yen. She is angry mostly at geralt because he called over Triss first instead of Yen to help Ciri and while this obviously doesnt justify her behaviour in the beginning she really cares a lot about ciri and raises her like her own child. And lets not forget that Geralt straight away ghosted her before that because lets face it they both suck at communicating and conveying or even just handling and understanding their emotions. And as you show in the video she actually does sleep with you later at kaer morhen, which is if I remember correctly after you tell her you love her. Like what was she supposed to do? ruin the intimate emotional moment for sex on a broken boat on a mountain or what exactly? :D And many other of those things you complain about are easily explained. For example you say she is often rude, but in the context of trying to find ciri asap it totally makes sense not to wait around maybe a couple hours for some kinda ritual they are having. Not to mention the whole of Skelige disliked her in the first place and in general they dont like witches, which is easily seen in the first dialogue when you arrive and ask for her. Woman who arent born on the isles are in general viewed mostly as slaves and sex objects on skellige as well, given they let those woman prisoner dance for them all the time. Unsurprising Yen isnt a big fan. So all in all she does have quiet the character and could often just be nicer (like its for free to be nice. no cost lmao), but likely because she is spending too much time with that fucked up lodge of hers she kinda integrated that sorceresses mindset into herself. Triss is just as bad, she basically is a manipulative bitch. She adores Geralt, but a large part of that is likely just wanting to have what her friend has (female mate choice copying at its best lol) so yeah.. Yen at the end decideds to give up on her politic scheming and basically on being a witch, given there is not that much use for her powerful magic if they just stay at a nice quiet place, even though thats kinda what defined her for her whole life so I think we should take that into consideration as well. Maybe she manages to get a bit more friendly if shes away from the lodge for a while longer.

Yeah, the star for me is the best and happiest ending. I'm on my second full playthrough, I will pick it again. It just makes the most sense to me. Even if V doesn't live that long, at least he or she is happy, either with Panam or judy.

I gotta say the candles are actually kinda annoying. maybe there is a mod that makes it so you cant use any of them. No Fall damage mod is of course a must have. While I never had big problems before I think it can just be super annoying and being able to jump off the cliff in skellige to go to the port is just the best thing ever though here you should actually die lmao. In all honesty thought TW3 had many bad elements, which is visible by the mods that fix them. For example the fact you are basically encouraged to loot everything and everyone and they know people are gonna do that, yet you have a really annoying weight restriction that is relatively hard to increase, thus you have to run to merchants and sell stuff or clear out certain items when you are maybe unsure if you will ever need them again. And the lots of looting of things you kinda will never benefit from is a bit annoying as well. Of course its a 100 times better compared to many other games like Hogwarts Legacy but still I feel like they could have done that a little bit better even if in theory it is less immersive to be able to take 100 weapons with you and whatnot.
