    Correction as sir mentioned in video ..polar solvents and polar components move fast but mam said correctly ... The sample in polar in nature move slow because polar components have strong interaction with the polar stationary phase ,causing them to move slowly through the TLC plate And Sample is non polar ..move fast This is because non polar components weaker interaction with the stationary phase in TLC, allowing them to move quickly through the TLC plate. The reduced affinity between the non polar sample and polar components results in faster migration on TLC plate.

    I appreciate your efforts. When i joined for Research in 1984 in physics, govt introduced ugc exam, i could not succeded, the reason is even small basic things were not tought properly also my poor undersatant in general/English.i like universites must understand the what to be taught at basic level. I hope what ever you prepared not taught in regular classes but they are basic and essential. Best wishess.
